Complete privacy on the outskirts of Bergen with the city center 5 minutes away. Free use of 2 bikes. It is possible to bring your dog (see the house rules for the conditions and extra costs). In June-September, rentals are per whole week from Saturday to Saturday, outside of that, a minimum of 3 nights.

The vacation home is located in Park Elzenhoeve. The house contains 2 double bedrooms, a spacious living room, a large open kitchen with many built-in appliances including a dishwasher, a dining table, a bathroom with shower, an indoor shed with a washing machine, a sunny garden with terrace and a shed with bicycles.

Unique Dutch Miller’s House

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

Our cozy B&B is centrally located in the head of North Holland. Because of this location we are very easy to reach both by car and by public transport. The cottage is completely private in a very large garden with its own sunny terrace. Make use of all facilities offered including digital TV & internet. The lodge is located approximately 10 km from the beach and you can also make many nice trips. Visit Enkhuizen, the cheese market in Alkmaar or take the train to Amsterdam.

Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back, a spacious garden room with fireplace and next to it a private garden. You can heat the garden room with the fireplace. In winter, it may be too cold to sit there with just the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bathtub and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Wonderful apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!

Closer are Edam, Volendam and Marken.

From the path, you can walk across the road and into the dunes, where dogs can run free. Freedom and tranquility, with nature reserve Het Zwanenwater, Callantsoog, the beach and the sea a few kilometers away.
