Wonderful 6-person holiday home in the meadows and on the open water in the heart of the Frisian lakes. Not suitable for groups of young people. Our house is in a unique location, among the meadows and right on the open water. Here you have the holiday feeling right away! From the beautiful garden you have a wide view, you can sit in the sun on one of the two terraces on the water, swim in front of the door and from the private jetty (12 m) you can sail up the Frisian lakes.

Vacation home Friesland Woudsend

Our vacation home is located directly on the water and offers you the opportunity to moor your boat on a 16 m long, private jetty. Due to the south-facing location of the property, the garden is in the sun all day. The new, modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, gas stove, oven and microwave. Dear guests, unfortunately I was forced to increase the prices by 12% for 2026, as the government has increased the VAT from 9% to 21%. I hope you ALL come back anyway.

These new (2023) thatched villas of Wetterhaghe have a beautiful unobstructed view over the Poelen, the Weisleat, in the middle of the Frisian lakes area. The sustainable villas have their own jetty with possibly a beautiful 8-person electrosloep! The sloop is available between April 1 and November 1. Just sail to the village for a drink or in the morning to the bakery for fresh sandwiches. But also a day trip over the Frisian lakes is a quiet sensation!
