We loved our stay at Maria’s place! The location, while hard to find at first, is somehow in the middle of everything while remaining secluded and peaceful. We loved being serenaded by the sound of the wind in the trees and the birdsong in the morning. The place was clean, exactly like the photos, and perfect for my husband and I’s honeymoon! Maria is a wonderful host- friendly, communicative, and helpful. There were few spider friends that came to visit, but other than that everything went great! Would definitely recommend this place to friends or family!

Really beautiful and amazing stay at this lovely spot. The staff were incredible, friendly and helpful. I was travelling alone with a baby and toddler and they really went out if their way to make my stay easy and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast

Well located apartment if you want to avoid going to the important sites in the mountain, you can go on foot. The apartment is also very close to a grocery store if, like us, you prefer to cook rather than go to a restaurant. I hope you meet Célia, she is very friendly!

Teresa is incredibly nice and helpful Beautiful and cozy apartment in the middle of old Sintra. Within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes which was ideal. We came to Sintra to climb in the nearby climbing area, so often had to drive out of town. It is not the easiest roads if you are not used to steep and narrow roads and it was exciting every time if we could find a parking space at the property, but it always worked out. We really enjoyed our time in Sintra.

This palace built in the colonial style of the Portuguese in Brazil (built by a family who returned to Colares after making their fortune on the other side of the Atlantic, according to the owners) is a unique and tremendously interesting property, as well as a luxurious and very comfortable accommodation. Its location in Colares is perfect, in the centre of all the sights but not suffering from the tourist crowds that Cascais or Sintra are subject to. Next to fabulous beaches, incredible mountain walks and all the necessary services. Like the accommodation, the family who own it are also unique and we have received exquisite treatment from them. Not only do we recommend it, we suggest it as an experience in itself in this very special part of Portugal.

We had a great stay at Tiago's accommodation (as described in the photos and in the listing). We really appreciated the convenience of taking the train at Massama station, located 200 m away on the square down the street. The train takes 20 minutes to Lisbon for €2.20 (round trip) per person over 65 (provide ID at the station ticket office) or to Sintra for €1.90 (15 minutes) per person over 65 (round trip). We were also able to visit Belem by taking the train from Massama to Lisbon (€1.50 per person round trip for over 65s). Then get off at the next stop in Monte Abraao to exit the station and take the bus (line 1715 - 40 minutes journey) for €2.60 per person. The barbecue restaurant next to the apartment offers already cooked and delicious dishes. This accommodation is therefore a marvel to recommend. We were able to park easily in the street

The apartment was perfect for our stay. We liked that the apartment was not directly in the center, so we always had a small walk and the market right outside the front door. The apartment is charmingly furnished and the small terrace in front invites you to drink coffee in the morning.

Carlos is a great host! He's very responsive and flexible with our ever changing plans. He's especially kind and helpful when he helped coordinated and received my luggage that got left behind during my connecting flight. The property is very nice and comfortable. Carlos has a great sense of style and decorated the place with unique reclaimed pieces. We had a great stay in Sintra.

2 night stay, lovely spacious apartment well-equipped, you can hear the subway which is close but it did not bother us memory foam bedding for the master bedroom clear explanations for entering the apartment, pleasant and responsive host

We loved our stay in Sintra and Casa Miha was a very comfortable home. It felt like our home and Michaela and Antonio took great care of us. The location is right in the heart of Sintra. Croissant shop down stairs, tasty Indian restaurant Taj Palace and supermarket only a 15 minute. If you love to cook, the kitchen is wonderful and has everything you need. Please note the flat is on the 2nd floor so you need to walk up no elevator. An easy stress free checkout process just close the door. No need to wash towels or throw the trash they did it all. I hope to be back in a few years.

We had a great stay in Lisboa at Chiho and Nuno’s apartment. It was close enough to Alfama to experience the culture but not close enough that it was noisy or busy where we were. I felt very safe. The apartment had everything we needed and was well-equipped. Thanks for having us

Great stay at Ricardo’s apartment. Close activities, walkable with a lot to see. Exactly as described in the ad. Ricardo was easy to reach and very responsive. The apartment included full of small details which showed the he cared about visitors enjoying their stay. The parking was a definitely a plus.

A perfect stay in Lisboa. The apartment is within the Old town and it is super easy to get into central from it. Paulo was very easy to communicate with and check in was easy. The pictures give an accurate representation of the accommodation and our whole party were very happy with our stay. A great spot to stay in for a trip to the capital!

Great apartment in great location. Lots of space to sit and enjoy the sunshine and people watch. Really good to have a parking space although narrow entrance and exit. Really good sushi restaurant in the complex. We had a lovely stay.

It’s our second time here and our stay was as welcoming as the first. Ana and Jorge’s place is perfectly situated near great restaurants one right next door plus a 15 minute walk to Marquês Pombal and Parque Eduardo Sétimo which has a magnificent view of Lisbon and of the castle from the top. Ana and Jorge always checked on us and left a variety of local foods and beverages upon our arrival that we were so grateful for. Even during our stay Jorge left delicious pastries by the door so not to bother us. Highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely return!!

This unit is in a convenient and quiet location . It is a few minutes car ride from downtown and nearby there are cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. It is spacious and comfortable and is perfect for a group of three.
