Pirica’s room was born in 2017. Is a new, cozy suite with an amazing bathroom and outside terrace with a stunning view to Atlantic ocean and Sintra mountain. Is set in the heart of picturesque village of Penedo * This suite is independent of our house, what allows to our guests have more privacy * In 2024 we decided to renovate and improve the interior space and also do a completely make over of all the house exterior spaces. We offer a peaceful and well decorated space, with lots of history!

In the heart of Sintra-Cascais National Park, this property is a perfect place to enjoy a peacefull vacations. Sintra River House, a restored watermill with capacity up to 3 persons, features 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with sofa bed (Wi-Fi, AC, TV), 1 bathroom and 1 fully equipped kitchen. Fontanelas village is located in a 2min drive (1,2Km), where there are several restaurants, cafes, minimarket and pharmacy. The beach is located in a 3min (2,2Km) drive and Sintra center, 18min (10,9Km).

Small vintage trailer in a Permaculture Farm, 15 minutes away walking from the main Sintra beaches, with a bus stop at the door to get to Sintra. In this organic Coop you can enjoy a frugal and simple life style. The toilets are compost toilets, the shower is in the greenhouse, wi-fi in the communitary kitchen. There is an organic shop, a small vegan café open on weekends, garden, chicken and a pig, Mr. Bacon. The trailer is next to the lake, in the middle of our food forest. Come enjoy nature!

A quiet and charming wooden house, surrounded by a nice garden and an exuberant forest in the heart of the Serra de Sintra, World Heritage Site. At 10 minutes to Pena Palace and Castelo dos Mouros and 5 minutes to the most beautiful Atlantic beaches and 10 minutes to Cascais and Estoril. 2 bedrooms and a living, kitchen, bath-room and a nice garden. There is no neighbourhood beyond the birds. Maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Casa da Folha: charming XIX Century inspired house

‘Casa da Folha’ (The Leaf House) is a centennial tipical ‘saloia’ village house totally restored having in mind the romantic ideal inspired by Sintra. It’s a refuge where time flows in a different pace and where it’s still possible to feel that old Sintra Mountains that inspired great poets and painters without being affected by the turbulence of the thousands of tourists that visit Sintra everyday.
