It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Absolutely loved my stay at Villa De Sol, Villa A, _LE REVE_ The house was spotless, super spacious, and felt like a peaceful little haven in Assagao. It’s tucked away in a quiet area, yet so close to all the buzzing spots and amazing food places around North Goa. One of the best parts was how easy it was to explore from here—Gunpowder was just a short drive and their Andhra prawn curry is a must-try. Also really enjoyed the laid-back vibes at Vinayak Family Restaurant—simple, delicious Goan food that hits the spot (their fish thali is chef's kiss). And for something more cozy and romantic, Ciao Bella had such a cute ambience and amazing pasta. The host(Nikhil and Glenda) were kind and responsive, and the check-in process was super smooth. Honestly, the whole experience just made the trip feel extra special. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Goa!

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

Villa was nice.. We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Assagao. Nestled in a quiet, lush neighborhood, the property perfectly blends Goan charm with modern comforts. A gem of an AirBnB with the best hosts and caretakers - Really enjoyed the stay. The house is beautiful, well lit, comfy and spacious. The swings indoors, the beautiful pool, and the greenery was stunning. Also felt like it was a very safe and private gated community. Loved the stay, perfect trip!

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

La Luxo was a beautiful stay. Nestled in a peaceful place, the rooms were as they were described. The pool and the view from the pool are definitely the USP of the place. Sowmya was a great host and ensured that all our queries were handled appropriately. It was the perfect stay and I would recommend everyone to choose La Luxo if they want a beautiful, peaceful and serene stay with the luxury of a beautiful view and relaxing pool. Incredible villa, We enjoyed our time there, the care taker was very professional and responsive. Although it was very dusty due to construction nearby and also the day we entered it had a smell of smoke in the room. But after day 2 it was fine. The area was quiet and the smell faded. Quality of furniture and electronics was very good. Also pool was amazing. It had a parking which allows you to park 2 cars. All the bedroom were very clean and all of them had an attached bathrooms.

The place is exactly like the pics! Clean and beautiful! The caretaker Pooja is lovely, big smile on her face all the time! It’s very easy to feel at home here! Pros - responsive staff, always attentive - clean bathrooms and the villa is spotless - if you’re a chai lover like me, pooja makes a great cuppa! - it’s peaceful and private - the library lounging area is flawless and has great aesthetics - getting around is easy. It’s in a fab location! Cons - the swimming pool couldn’t be utilised due to a pack of monkeys hoarding the area - the road out of the villa is just red mud path which made walking a pain with all the dust in the air. - the breakfast is bare minimal ( I feel a good breakfast would have added additional brownie points) - 1 male staff resides in the house downstairs, although he didn’t at any time make us uncomfortable (we were 3 women) or invade our space, mentioning as it’s something to consider. Over all, it’s a fab place! You won’t regret booking this one!!!

The villa is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and located in a peaceful neighborhood just a short drive from the beach Llocal attractions RICE MILL CAFE. Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. I had a wonderful 2-day stay at this beautiful apartment in Siolim, located just behind Domino’s - a very convenient and central spot. The apartment is tastefully designed with stunning Bohemian interiors that immediately make you feel relaxed and at home. The living room was quite spacious, with an attached open kitchen that was both functional and stylish. The Boho decor - from the earthy tones and natural textures to the cozy furnishings and thoughtful decorative pieces - added a lot of charm and character to the space. Every corner of the apartment felt thoughtfully curated and very well maintained. The cleanliness was top-notch, and everything looked freshly done. Special mention to the host Hem, he was extremely nice, friendly, and approachable - very responsive and genuinely caring throughout the stay. I had no issues at all and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish, and comfortable stay in Siolim.

Had a really great time at the stay, the place was as described in the photos put up and we had a great check-in experience. The rooms were clean the view was great and our host Ishan was super helpful and accommodated to all of our needs. The stay was in a very peaceful neighborhood quiet and at the same time accessible to pubs and restaurants nearby. Overall a great experience. Will be coming back soon!

I had a great stay at the property. Nilesh is a great host, very helpful and clear in directions. The highlight for me was the outdoor pool and the views from the property. Would definitely recommend the stay to all!
