Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sioux City

This was an outstanding place to stay! Nice amenities, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a garage for parking. Debra was so kind, helpful, and accomodating. We were very impressed with the entire experience!

Abby was such a great host. She was able to extend my stay at the last minute when I needed and and has always taken the time to answer any questions I've had before and during my stay. I appreciate all she's done for me!

Cathy’s beautifully renovated basement apartment is lovely and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again next time we visit family in Sioux City. Cathy is very responsive when we had any questions. She’s a great host. I highly recommend staying here!

The only surprises were good ones - snacks waiting on the counter and coffee ready to go in the morning. Chris was great in both communicating and responding and made sure we had a comfortable air mattress when he learned my sister would be joining me. Clean, quiet, comfortable - a perfect place to land at the end of the day.

We will definitely rent this place again. Loved having the washer and dryer available. We have family and friends locally and it met all our needs. Thank you.

I am a pipefitter who travels constantly, most of the places I stay are average for accommodations I am not to picky as long as the places takes dogs, has a hot shower and clean sheets, so booking this place was like renting a loft on fifth ave in New York ! By far the best place I have ever stayed did I spoil myself a little ?yes, was it worth it ? Absolutely !

Dave and his wife were incredibly open and friendly; providing perfect instructions to things for which I asked directly and those that I had not yet asked. The property is serene; wildlife (deer, turkey, birds), flowers, trees….all magnificent. The interior of the location was just as amazing. Whether it be the open layout or the decor; you feel the care and personal touches Dave and his wife put into it.

The location was very close to where we needed to be. It is a very comfortable apartment and had everything we needed. Marcus quickly answered our questions. If we're ever in this area again, we will stay here.

Was in town for a wedding with my 3 daughters and the house was great everyone had their own bed and room for more. Lots of games to play in between the events. My youngest and I found a Some new games we loved so we bought them on Amazon before we left!

My family and I had an amazing time in Sioux City. Thank you for allowing us to experience such a beautiful yet peaceful experience surrounded by so much green. Thank you Jacob and Jessica for letting us stay in your beautiful home. It felt like home especially to my children. Definitely worth the price we will be returning next year.

Our stay exceeded every expectation! From the moment we booked, it was clear that Ms. Stephanie had thoughtfully considered every detail to make our visit special. Her home was absolutely perfect for our family dynamic—comfortable, spacious, and filled with everything we needed (and even things we didn’t realize we needed!). Additionally, the personal touches made all the difference. From the sweet gestures she left for our children to the homemade bagel bread (which was out of this world!), every element reflected care and love. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly set this experience apart! If you're considering booking—do it! You will not regret it. This was the best Airbnb stay we’ve ever had. Highly, highly recommend!

Nice space. Easily can fit up to 8 people with 4 beds. Couch is comfy and can add some additional sleeping space if needed

Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and super helpful throughout my stay. This was the perfect place and fit all of my families needs. Was close to all of my family we were there visiting and even tho there isn’t a ton to do unless you’re active and are able to get out and do some walking or hiking, there’s still plenty to find to do. We were very happy with the location, was quiet, loved hearing the train from time to time and neighborhood was pretty quiet. I would highly recommend Vaughn’s place if you’re looking for a place to stay. Thank you so much for everything Vaughn!

Julie’s place was beautiful, clean, and in a great location! The house and yard were quaint, cozy, and in a quiet area. Julie left clear instructions and made the stay easy and fun. The amenities were great. I couldn’t recommend staying here more!
