Built in the 18th century, the property boasts 5 acres of parkland, a pond, a vineyard (producing around 1,500 bottles/year) and a breathtaking view of the listed village of Château-Chalon. The house has been renovated with a mix of antique furnishings and modern craftsmanship. It is perfect for a family, group or couple wishing to discover all that the region has to offer.

Spacious and fully equipped living room/kitchen 3 double bedrooms: 2 with 180 x 200 beds and 1 with two 90 x 200 beds 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower 1 net in the void to enjoy the view 50 m2 outdoor terrace with Jacuzzi and sunbathing with free access; giving a panoramic view of the Risoux Forest and Mont d'Or.

It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom. A large kitchen upstairs, a summer kitchen that opens onto the terrace on the ground floor. A cozy living room that will allow you to relax and have a good time with family or friends.
