A cozy living room that will allow you to relax and have a good time with family or friends.

The House

Country house, in a cul-de-sac on the edge of the village. Walks along the Ain, very quiet. Small shops in the village. 12th century Romanesque church. A self-contained apartment. Absolute calm, on the banks of the Ain (river) and surrounded by mountains. A haven of peace with a private garden of 200 m2 with a furnished terrace and barbecue. The apartment with independent entrance includes a living room with open kitchen, shower room, and a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 queen size) and a second small bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200). New 120 m2 chalet. The chalet consists of three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds (possibility of double bed), an extra bed on the mezzanine. Two bathrooms, with walk-in shower. Living room and fully-equipped kitchen Beautiful terrace with stunning valley views and outdoor cedar wood SPA at your disposal. It is located in the small village of Foncine le Haut.

Casa Antolià is a 1765 winegrower's house, completely renovated while preserving its old-fashioned charm. In its bicentennial cellars, Antoine and Julia, a French winemaker and Brazilian translator, produce natural wine without additives. You will get an opportunity to enjoy a house of character in an idyllic setting.
