Located in Santa Maria di Lota, at the beginning of Cap Corse, 900 m from Miomo Beach and 700 m from a cove with access via a pedestrian path, the totally independent accommodation (attached to our villa) is composed of 2 rooms: a sea view bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower and a living room/kitchen with dining area. Guests will enjoy 2 terraces with sea and garden views. You will be surrounded by the sea, the island of Elba and the trees of the garden, Magnolia, avocado, lemon trees.

Véritable pagliaghju corse( pailler) à 1km de la Marina et à 2 mn du beau village de Crosciano. Rénovation complète en 2023. Bâtie sur un joli terrain sur lequel est aussi notre maison principale. Terrasse privative ombragée et éclairée avec salon de jardin et barbecue. Joli chemin vicinal à proximité qui permet d aller à la mer . A noter nous avons 2 chiens et 2 chats . A déclarer tout type d'animal vous accompagnant à la réservation . Nous n'autorisons que les petits chiens très propres

Le pool house et la piscine sont un lieu de convivialité où vous pouvez manger travailler, discuter, vous amuser avec les enfants. Located in a hamlet in the heart of Cap Corse, the studio enjoys beautiful unobstructed mountain and sea views. Comfortable and peaceful, this outbuilding has been renovated in stone and wood, and gives access to the garden that we gladly share with our guests! We are farmers in the municipality: Vegetables, jams and saffron from our production available in the adjoining shop. Note: There is no electric vehicle terminal in our village.
