Recently renovated, it is surrounded by a private citrus garden. It has a large yard with private pool, and private parking. The front balcony offers views of the pool, Mount Selena and the canyon of the same name. All the balconies of the house overlook the green garden.

Also, due to the location of the villa, at night, the moonrise offers a beautiful and romantic view.

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
