This is a must-book listing for anyone seeking a stay in beautiful Hastings. Just as the photos suggest, this beautifully appointed apartment has sweeping views of the English Channel, and is close to the picturesque Old Town. Every detail is taken care of in this terrific flat. Sarah is a great host and I hope to return.

Lovely house with spacious rooms and high ceilings. Good communication. Conveniently situated for coastal walks and is walking distance into the town.

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Great place, very convenient location, nicely decorated and cosy. The road in front is quite busy (like most road in town), but the house is set back slightly so this is not a big issue. We slept well and had a great time.

Neil’s place was ideal in so many ways. I was in London for an intense exam week, held nearby, and needed a place to base myself. I loved that the area was buzzy and alive yet the apartment was still quiet and I could concentrate. The bedroom in the back was very peaceful. There was everything needed in both the apartment (full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine with iron and ironing board, clothes drying racks etc) and from the immediate vincinity from nearby supermarkets, exercise places or a walk around Hyde Park. Transportation was very easy, being a one minute walk to Notting Hill Gate tube with access to the Central, Circle and District lines. There are also plenty of bus stops (I took one across the road to Paddington station the day I left) and walking is possible to lots of places. I couldn’t recommend this place enough if you’re wishing to experience a cool neighbourhood in London.

We were in Hastings to catch Jack Dee and only booked one night. Tanya is really great to communicate with responsive and friendly. Finding and getting in is easy. The communal hallway/ stairs are tatty but my lord it doesn’t matter when you see the view from the living room. It’s absolutely stunning. The flat is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is cute and all you need. The bedroom is large, so quiet we had such a good sleep. Wish we had booked longer as I could stare out at the sea for hours! Great flat! Would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a lovely stay. Michael was very helpful over messages and welcoming when we arrived. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and spacious and just what we were looking for.

The loft is a very modern duplex apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Sean is an excellent communicator - we did have an issue on check in but it was resolved quickly and we couldn’t have asked for more. We found the parking easy outside the property (on street parking with permit) and having a local coop was really convenient. It’s not the quietest area at night as we could hear music until late each night from neighbouring roads, but this is to be expected from city centre apartments - the road itself was quiet at night and felt safe. All in all, an excellent stay. Thank you Sean, if we visit Maidstone again we’d definitely come back to the loft!

I had a very enjoyable stay at Alex & Virginia's flat. It really is a home from home. Everything is as described and it is very comfortable and also very stylish. It's a short walk to the seafront and doesn't take very long to walk to the centre of Folkestone for restaurants and pubs. Alex and Virginia are very responsive to questions too. I only stayed for 3 nights but would have been quite happy staying for longer!

Mary was fantastic, giving us lots of information before we arrived and was there to greet us when we arrived. She gave lots of recommendations of places to eat and information on the local area. Mary's place was easy to find and within a short stroll of everywhere you would wish to go. It was spotlessly clean and had everything and more you would need. I would not hesitate in staying here again, it really was a great place with a fantastic host.

This is a lovely little stay in the heart of London. Although it's small it's perfect for a weekend or short trip for one. Clean, tidy and safe. The check in process was smooth and I appreciated the code entry (no worry about keeping keys safe etc.!) Will definitely return next time I have a short solo trip in London.

This is a great little spot in the centre of Brighton. Everything is walkable and it’s about a 30 second walk to the seafront and restaurants. It’s a really great spot and excellent value for money, the accommodation was clean and really spacious too! Check in was super easy, and the accommodation sits above a really great and atmospheric) bar (which I’d highly recommend!). Silvija our host was super responsive and really proactive too. We had a great stay. Would definitely stay again! Thank you! ☺️

This little treasure was quite lovely. location is in the middle of it all Spectacular for town walks, beach access, and shocking how quiet and private it was. I would live here spot on, beautiful in everyway, art meets garden complete... a Morris touch. Detailed, cosy and well put together, love the garden being a step up from the apartment, brings light to the basement with a pretty view. everything you need plus a slice of luxury and country cottage feel. comfy bed and very decent shower plus snug on a chilly evening. Good functional amenities made the whole experience a joy with a friendly host as well

Great location for Brighton centre with beautiful views of the beach and pier. Flat was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The host kindly arranged an earlier check in which enabled us to properly start our break earlier. Communication was easy with clear instructions

Wonderful place for a short term stay. attention to detail 100% , brilliant location, I stayed in order to go to a gig at the Piper. Really close to the train station, sea front, bars and restaurants. I'd definitely stay again. 😊

Maggie’s place was fantastic—the perfect place for exploring Borough Market and beyond! The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was also beautifully decorated and such a relaxing place to unwind after our busy day out. The hot tub was a massive bonus—talk about luxury! Responses from the host(s) were prompt, friendly, and informative, answering any and all of my questions. We truly appreciated the effort Maggie & co put in to making our stay comfortable. Joanne was so welcoming on our arrival and had the hot tub heated up ready for us to use. Everything you could think of was there for us to use. Unfortunately we had a very busy weekend planned and wished we could have spent more time at the location. We have our next visit booked already and can't wait to use this accommodation another time, spending more time chatting with Joanne and hopefully getting to see more wildlife in the garden.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

Debbie’s place has an excellent location close to train stations, cafes, and it is also walkable to some attractions. The flat was very clean and comfortable for two people. We managed to get our suitcases up and down the long and narrow staircase with no issue. Debbie gave us helpful recommendations and was responsive before and during our trip. I would definitely stay again at Debbie’s when in London.

This place was beautiful and in a perfect location. It had grocery store very close to apartment and a lot of restaurants nearby. Close to tube station. Perfect play to lay your head while in London

My wife and I were looking for an eight-day stay in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the main sights. It was our first visit to London and we had never heard of Pimlico. We were delighted to find exactly the sort of neighborhood feel that we were hoping for, regular people going about their lives. This apartment was exactly what we had in mind! The check in process was very easy and Simone was great about communicating with us throughthe app. The living space is small, but comfortable. We don’t take elevators unless we have to so we were happy to have easy walk up access to the flat. The flat and neighborhood felt extremely safe. We are not night owls, so I can’t comment on the nightlife in the area. Because it is a small space, it does get a bit warm in the flat. The small air conditioner unit was very helpful to cool it down. Overall, the location was the biggest plus for us. Two minute walk to Pimlico underground station. Bus stops right in front of the apartment.
