Holiday rentals with lake access in Sisteron

The accommodation is in a very nice location with garden and is very quiet (preferable to arrive by car). The view over Gap and the mountains is fantastic. The amenities are very good and the accommodation is very spacious and clean. Since there were only two of us, we didn't need the other floors. Host Denis is very friendly and helpful - he gave us good excursion tips for the area (e.g. lake full of fish at Saint-Apollinaire - a paradise for anglers. There is also a restaurant there). We can definitely recommend the accommodation. Excellent value for money.

A beautiful house with a magnificent view. The house has everything you need and is tastefully decorated. There is a lot of cookware available to cook for yourself. The two terraces are perfect for enjoying the sun. The location is great, close to a bakery, restaurants and shops. We would love to return for another holiday!

A wonderful retreat in a very private location – ideal for switching off. The accommodation is clean, well-maintained and furnished with great attention to detail. We especially liked the very well-equipped kitchen and the outdoor shower with a fantastic view. After a short, somewhat adventurous climb, you reach a hidden, private bathing spot with a spectacular view of the lake – a real highlight. The communication was also exemplary: The landlady was always available, very friendly and responded quickly to our questions. Sitting on the terrace in the evening and watching the sunset over the lake was a little experience every time. Overall, a special place with a lot of charm and an atmosphere that you won't forget in a hurry. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful surroundings, we found peace in the comfortable home. We enjoyed a lot of privacy, as the owners were not present at the time of our stay. Loïc was a very attentive host who responded quickly and to-the-point to all our questions. Thank you.

The accommodation is spacious, pleasant and nicely decorated. The outdoor spaces are appreciable with unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. Pierre was available and responsive to answer our questions and recommend hikes and via Ferrata. We recommend it without a second thought.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very nice and clean, with extremely comfortable beds and a beautiful view. Everything we needed was provided, and Anne was very helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

The host was very, very nice, helping us carry our luggage, one person took a lot, and took us to the parking lot.Since we arrived on Sunday, the supermarket was closed when we drove to it. They gave us eggs and pasta, etc. They were afraid that we would be hungry, and they were very enthusiastic about giving it to us. We were embarrassed, so we only took a few eggs.When we left, the host checked the room first and found that we had forgotten our belongings, and sent us a message first. Thank you very much

We had a great stay at the Citron Caramel accommodation. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and we slept very well. Ideally located in the heart of Moustiers Sainte Marie, it is perfect for discovering the city on foot. We were traveling with a baby and Fabien was extremely responsive, especially to help us with the crib and make sure everything went smoothly. We would highly recommend this place!

Very well located accommodation in Embrun, easy to park nearby. Tastefully furnished apartment, under the roofs, nice balcony, all very clean and functional. Highly responsive host on the phone. Impeccable for discovering the region!!!!

Fanny was the best host I have ever had on an Airbnb (and it was a lot and great). It makes you feel at home and proven your privacy. The house is very sweet with a very likeable terrace. So is the village, everyone welcomes themselves on the street and you feel like you're in a movie. Fanny gave us great tips about the area and even accompanied me on a hike. I stayed with her after the 4 days, I felt like I had a vacation with a very good friend. Regardless of my personal impression, Fanny's house is perfectly laid out for an idyllic vacation (indulging in lavender fields, beautiful nature, lake, canion, sports activities...), is comfortable and well equipped.

Very small but very good accommodation: well-equipped, ideally located in the heart of the village (you leave your luggage there, then you go to one of the parking lots at the top, 10-minute walk back), quiet, comfortable bed, and small private terrace as a bonus; Jean-Claude = amazing host! Beautiful garden with a lounge, deck chairs and a table. The hosts were very warm and helpful. We were also allowed to use the pool, which was really a great cool-down. The studio was very nice and the bed very comfortable. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

Excellent quality accommodation, warm, fully restored with all the useful comforts to have a pleasant stay. Nicolas was precise, welcoming and provided good advice. Probably one of the best rentals I've had to date with great value for money.

Excellent rental. We had a lovely stay. I enjoyed the amenities especially the outdoor furniture since we were able to soak up the sun in February in front of a beautiful view. Quiet walk to do in front of the cottage. Very quiet while being close to Gap.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay thanks to Dino & Perrine. They were both there to welcome us and were very generous.. they both sat down with us and kindly talked us through personalised recommendations for us based on what we wanted to get out of our time there. This is the perfect location to unwind and switch off any laptops/phones and social media and thoroughly enjoy the accommodation and surrounding nature. The lake being a short walk, we enjoyed an evening swim every day, lots of water boating activity and some fantastic climbing in Quinson, only a 20 minute drive away. We will hopefully be back again and will be recommending our families. Thanks again Dino & Perrine. As they say on EBay - A+++++ :)

We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely spacious well equipped home. The garden and patio area is beautiful and provided a peaceful private area for relaxing and eating outdoors. The location provided a perfect balance of peaceful retreat in walking distance to Apt town centre which has many cafes shops and restaurants. It’s also walking distance from the bus station making travel to and from airport and surrounding areas accessible. Dominique and Jean were very accommodating, friendly and responsive to all enquiries. I love it. Thank you for sharing ☀️

We had a great family stay at Tanguy's. The house is very well equipped and the pool is just too good. All in a beautiful corner! Very good communication with Tanguy. You can go there with your eyes closed, we recommend this cottage 100%

We had a wonderful stay in Yvan's charming farmhouse. The house is inviting, well-equipped and functional – from the kitchen equipment to the appliances, everything worked perfectly. The small terrace and the quite large garden with its fruit trees, which offered a lot of peace and shade, were particularly pleasant. The nights in the house were very quiet, as the neighbor often brings his barking dogs into the house at night. The house is located in a small, idyllic hamlet with 4-6 houses and a farm with sheep. There are flies during the day, but that's part of the rural charm. Particularly gratifying: In mid/late June 2025, we had hardly any mosquitoes. Communication with Yvan was straightforward, fast and friendly - exactly what you want. Thank you very much, Yvan, for the hospitality - we will be happy to come back!
