The location is very convenient because you can go within 10 minutes on the best beaches (lagonissi, trani ammouda,Vourvourou etc) The village center is in a close distance by foot, where you will find, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, traditional cafes, Medical Center, police station, pharmacies, Post Office etc.

Situated in the center of Sarti Chalkidiki, only 30 meters (1min) walk distance from the sandy beach, Sea & Sand Studio is a ground floor studio and offers a kitchen , Bathroom, free Wi-Fi, air condition and a small balcony.
