"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

In the natural environment, the Casita de la montaña is located outside Red and is self-sustaining, between the sea and the mountain ideal for disconnecting, sports, hiking or simply enjoying nature. This is only 10 minutes away by car from the village, beaches and supermarkets. you can bring your pet, they feel free here. There is WiFi in the home to be able to work remotely. The AV7 is in the vicinity and you can hear the mist depending on the day, it's the bad thing.

It is completely renovated, with a rustic and cozy style. It is ideal for accomodating from 2 to 10persons: small groups, couples, families, ... and all those people who want to come and enjoy the environment, to go hiking, wine visits, mushroom hunting, and above all climb!
