The property is located in Siviri, a small traditional greek fish village, on the west coast of Kassandra,80 km from Thessaloniki,few steps from the sea and 8 minutes walk from the village center(taverns,supermarket,water sports) You can enjoy your breakfast/dinner on a beautiful terrace, overlooking the sea. When entering the accommodation you will find two bedrooms, one living room with a convertible sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a small backyard with an outdoor shower.

Studio by the sea

Our studio is 20 meters from the beach and has great view! Located near restaurants and shops with souvenirs. You are all welcome, whether you have family or pets, or just a book for company. During March, April, May and October, the place offers a relax and quiet atmosphere. On the contrary, while the tourist season begins on june, more shops open and during July, August and September the area turns into a crowded place, with tourists enjoying the best beaches and spots.

Our Siviri apartment is quietly located at the northern end of the village. The beach promenade is about 50 meters away, so all bars and restaurants can be reached within 5 to 10 minutes. The apartment is "Next To The Sea" - there are no other houses or streets between the apartment and the sea. The sound of the sea accompanies you to sleep. The beach can be reached within a minute and offers enough space for sunbathing.

This is a new, beautiful and quiet apartment in Kassandria, Halkidiki. The special one that this apartment has to offer is a large private balcony that guests can use either for relaxation or play in case there are children. The balcony has a large table, two sun loungers and a beautiful view of the green of Kassandria and the village. Guests have access to private parking located directly below the house.
