Family-friendly holiday rentals in Siviri Beach

My friends and I loved our stay at Electra’s place. Electra was always responsive and helpful. Her neighbour Paul greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome - he was very helpful and gave us recommendation’s. The house was very clean and cosy. We loved having a private beach and the surroundings were beautiful! We would definitely return.

It was a nice place for 4 adults and 3 children. The villa is well equipped with everthying you need.

This property is a beautiful refuge, and provided a spectacular location for a meeting of friends that also included a series of business meetings/discussions. The views are spectacular, there is a nice public beach nearby, and you can access a lovely (if pricey) resort nearby where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and a market. This is about a 3 minute drive away. Better yet, if you cross the peninsula (about a 12-minute drive) to Nea Fokea, there are good restaurants at half the price, a larger market, and also a lovely public beach. That said--you don't have to leave the property to enjoy a great time. There is a breeze to cool things down much of the time, a nice small pool/spa and spectacular sunsets. The interior of the house is comfortable, and feels like a lovely family home--it has essentially two apartments, with separate kitchens upstairs and down. The wifi was more than adequate for 5 to use simultaneously, and we were able to hold international Zoom meetings.

Everything was great. Peaceful place, there is a village nearby for supermarkets, restaurants etc. Responsive host, always helped when we had questions.

The villa was amazing and the response and hospitality were excellent. We really enjoyed all the facilities which were of a high standard and as described. Definitely recommend and would love to come back again

The apartment is clean, fully equipped with x2 air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher etc with indoor parking and is in very good location close to the beach/ main walkway of Pefkochori by the seaside with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, funfair games in 5 min walking distance. Crazyland waterpark, Glarokavos and Chrousso beautiful sandy beaches with clear water and not overcrowded are just 5 -7 min by drive. 0lga is a great host, was very helpful, kind and responded immediately to every enquiry. We had a lovely family vacation. Thank you Olga.

The villa offers much more than what can be seen in the photos. Surrounded by toll pine trees and flower bushes, beautifully set, it offers peace and quite away from crowds and noises of the nearby resorts. It has so much space and amenities, it feels like having a small 5 star resort all to yourself. Pantelis as a host is in the league of his own. Simply exceptional. Attention to detail, helpful, proactive and a great communicator. And while always attentive, he was never even the slightest bit intrusive. Our privacy and the ability to completely relax was respected completely, while anytime we needed anything, he was on it in minutes. Niko was a great host. Very easy to communicate with and responsive. He welcomed us and gave us all the information to visit the surrounding area. The 3-floor villa was very clean and comfortable and right in front of a beautiful beach with a great restaurant within walking distance. We loved our short stay and plan to come back for a longer stay.

Ioannis was a great host. He gave us a warm welcome and gave us a brief but informative tour of the place. He even made us breakfast in the morning. The cottage is located in a quiet and beautiful area. The place is cozy and well stocked. Would highly recommend this place!

The place was exactly as described, we felt like home and our dog loved the yard. If you want a relaxing and peaceful area this is the place for you. Savvas is an amazing host, he really invested a lot in the house and the garden, everything looked amazing and well kept. A few tips for the future guests: - you will need a car to move around - the beach is 10-15 minutes away by foot depeding how fast you walk - there are 2 restaurants close to the house which you can reach by foot (i totally recommend to eat at Captain) - there are also a few beach bars close to the house if you don’t want to explore more by car - there is no supermarket which you can reach by foot - if you go with your dog and walk around the area, be careful because there are some big stray dogs and i don’t know how friendly they are with other strange dogs :)

We were very happy with Costas apartment and felt comfortable. Everything important for families and children is there, which is a big advantage. Communication with Costas was also super easy. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Unreal Value — One of the Best Places I’ve Ever Stayed I’ve traveled to over 70 countries, and Jade’s place genuinely stands out as one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The setting is absolutely magical — right on the water, peaceful, and beautifully designed for relaxation. But what really took my breath away was the sunrise each morning. Watching the sun rise over the water from this spot is something I’ll never forget. In all honesty, the sunrise alone is worth the price of the stay — and that’s being conservative. The home has everything you could possibly need — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. Whether you want to cook, lounge, swim, or simply relax, everything is right there. What truly elevates the experience is the staff. They’re warm, attentive, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome without ever being overbearing.

The loft is exactly like on the pictures, you get what you see and for the price it’s more than fair. Maybe you have to love the ‚simple life‘ to get the true potential. It’s very green, there are 2 lovely dogs and a funny cat! The balcony where you can sit is also very nice. The charm of the room is very chill. In the morning the rooster is starting the days and there is no better alarm. Thanks.

We had a wonderful week at Maki's house. The house is a cute and peaceful village house. There are cute cats in the garden that get as close to you as you let them. The location of the house is very good. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and markets. The only negative aspect was the mosquitoes. Makis had left some mosquito repellent for this, but despite this, the flies won this war. In conclusion, I can sincerely recommend Makisin house.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Stunning villa in a great location. Close to all the best beaches in Halkidiki and close to the airport and Thessaloniki. The architecture of the villa is amazing. The house is spacious and the pool and garden is beautiful. Dimitri's parents were very welcoming when I checked in and answered all my questions and gave me really good suggestions of where to eat. My friends and I had a wonderful stay and would definitely want to visit this villa again in the future.

This was not as expected at all, the listing describes and luxury private villa. It was basic and very uncomfortable, not luxury! It was not private as the garden was shared and the host walked around all day, so not private! It was not a villa but part of villa with neighbouring guests extremely close and visible. The access to our accommodation was through the bedroom, which had No air conditioning. The photographs were different to the reality.

We had a wonderful time in this house. Everything was perfect and the pool is really fantastic. Zef and Anastasiia were perfect hosts. We would recommend this house to anyone!!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! Beautiful house with a wonderful pool and nicely landscaped garden. The perfect place to spend your vacation. The house was clean and well equipped, with The Greek atmosphere. The bathrooms are small and quite uncomfortable, the rest is ok. Close to shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. Rooms passed by, there was not full privacy, but for families or close friends, it was ok.

Great location, very near the beach and the busy town but far enough to be quiet and relaxing. Hosts are very friendly and nothing is a problem for them. plenty of space for kids to play around and the pool is a great addition. We loved every minute and definitely will visit again.
