This lovely, old, newly renovated house from 1777, measuring 244 m² with 5 bedrooms and a loft, exudes charm and has great amenities for one or more families. South-facing landscaped garden with a view of the forest and stream from an 80 m² terrace. Beach (900 m) and 2 km from Nykøbing Sj.: supermarkets, restaurants, swimming pool, golf courses (4,500 m), Sommerland Sj. (4 km), etc. TV with 3 Danish channels. High-speed fiber internet and Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are provided by arrangement. The garage is not available to guests.

The trip to the lovely sandy beach goes along Porsevej and through the sand escape plantation. About 12 min on foot. Lyngkroen, a supermarket, and mini golf are within walking distance. A lovely holiday home with sea view and only 200 meters to the beach. The house is furnished as we wish to have a summer house. Here you immediately feel at home and can have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house has a bright and lovely living room with access to the terrace and lawn. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a large bathroom with shower, whirlpool and sauna, and a smaller with shower. The house is big enough for two families. Look forward to a relaxing stay in great nature!

The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
