Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation on Elgåsen, Sjusjøen. Suitable for mountain accustomed people and families. Great location with cross-country ski trails in the immediate vicinity in all directions. Good sun conditions and scenic surroundings, with beautiful hiking terrain all year round. Two bedrooms with 180 cm beds. Spacious bathroom with shower and incineration toilet. Practical solution with water tank and water heater and pump with direct water supply to shower and sink in the bathroom, as well as sink in the kitchen.

Newer cabin at Nordseter – sleeps 8

Newer, modern cabin on Nordseter, in beautiful surroundings and natural terrain for both summer and winter activities. 100 meters to ski slopes. 4 km to Sjusjøen with grocery store and 13 km to Lillehammer. Gravel road all the way up. The cabin has a large entrance, bathroom, living room with TV, WIFI, long table with space for approx. 10 people. Nice view from the living/dining room. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180 cm), bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with 150 cm lower bunk and 120 cm upper bunk and bedroom 3 has 150 cm lower bunk and 90 cm upper bunk.

Cozy decor and well equipped with good beds, kitchen, bathroom and shower. To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 mins. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. We offer sleigh rides and ski instruction on cross-country skiing in the winter, please contact us if you are interested.

A great starting point for skiing & mountain trails

This cabin is a great starting point for hiking in the mountains. It is located 900 meters above sea level. Walk straight out into mountain trails or unique ski slopes. Or just relax on the terrace or in front of the fireplace. It is 250 meters until you are on mountain trails, and 100 meters to the ski slope. The store is 1.8 km away in summer and 3.4 km in winter. The cabin has fantastic views and sun all day with a magnificent sunset. There is also a private ski storage for those who want to wax skis. There are 8 beds and a baby bed.

It has, among other things, a large living room with dining space for 10 guests, a separate TV room on the 2nd floor and 2 bathrooms with good size where one of them has a washing machine. Beautifully situated log cabin 10-min drive from the center of Lillehammer. Short distance to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium, which offers an extensive network of hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. 15-min drive to Nordseter, about 20 minutes to Sjusjøen, both with excellent trails for hiking and skiing. The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.

There are duvets and pillows in the cabin, but you must bring your own bedding and towels.
