Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation on Elgåsen, Sjusjøen. Suitable for mountain accustomed people and families. Great location with cross-country ski trails in the immediate vicinity in all directions. Good sun conditions and scenic surroundings, with beautiful hiking terrain all year round. Two bedrooms with 180 cm beds. Spacious bathroom with shower and incineration toilet. Practical solution with water tank and water heater and pump with direct water supply to shower and sink in the bathroom, as well as sink in the kitchen.

Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. A great starting point for skiing & mountain trails
This cabin is a great starting point for hiking in the mountains. It is located 900 meters above sea level. Walk straight out into mountain trails or unique ski slopes. Or just relax on the terrace or in front of the fireplace. It is 250 meters until you are on mountain trails, and 100 meters to the ski slope. The store is 1.8 km away in summer and 3.4 km in winter. The cabin has fantastic views and sun all day with a magnificent sunset. There is also a private ski storage for those who want to wax skis. There are 8 beds and a baby bed.

The cabin is spacious, bright & airy with high ceilings, large windows & a 50 m2 terrace. Vidsyn is located in a remote location in Birkebeinerbakken. It is built on a slope, at the end of a dead end road & towards an open area. You can sled or strap on your cross-country skis at the cabin, & for alpine skiing you drive to Sjusjøen or Hafjell alpine center in only 10 & 30 min respectively.

The cabin is on two floors. It has a living room and open kitchen solution, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna, hallway, fireplace, terrace with fire pit, smokery and hot tub. Baby cot and high chair for children are available. We have installed an electric car outlet. Dogs are allowed with some restrictions (only on the ground floor and not on the furniture). Pleasant cottage area with a mix of people who actively go cross-country skiing and families with small children. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
