The cottage has a single garden with a patio and barbecue. Several swimming areas are located in the nearby area. Nearest swimming area: Mörbybadet, 2 km (1.2 miles). Bus stop is within 300 meters from the property that takes you to Brommaplan/Stockholm in about 40 minutes. Both ICA and pizzeria are within walking distance, by car 2 minutes away! A party place where there is a lot of happening is also in walking distance!

The house was built in 2021 and has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, sleeping loft with double bed, sofa bed, nice breakfast porch and patio in the best sunny location. Lake Mälaren and swimming opportunities are 800 meters away, Troxhammar Golf Club is 300 meters away and beautiful excursion areas with forests for mushroom and berry picking are just around the corner. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Two bedrooms and a large combined kitchen / living room. Dining table for four. Balcony with sunroof, dining area and sofa group. With the sofa bed you can sleep up to five people in the house, although three adults is optimal, or two adults and two children. AppleTV with premium accounts on Netflix, Disney+ and AppleTV+.

Inside, an open floor plan, a cozy fireplace and thoughtfully decorated spaces create a warm atmosphere. This is a place we built with love and care deeply about, and are happy to share with our guests. It’s good for the soul.

Intill ligger en 18+12-håls golfbana med restaurang och bar. Pizzeria, grill och affär på gångavstånd. Huset erbjuder en ljus, öppen planlösning, bastu och pingisbord för både avkoppling och nöje. Vintertid Ski In–Ski Out med längspår på golfbanan. En fin gäststuga ingår.
