The cottage has a single garden with a patio and barbecue. Several swimming areas are located in the nearby area. Nearest swimming area: Mörbybadet, 2 km (1.2 miles). Bus stop is within 300 meters from the property that takes you to Brommaplan/Stockholm in about 40 minutes. Both ICA and pizzeria are within walking distance, by car 2 minutes away! A party place where there is a lot of happening is also in walking distance!

The house was built in 2021 and has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, sleeping loft with double bed, sofa bed, nice breakfast porch and patio in the best sunny location. Lake Mälaren and swimming opportunities are 800 meters away, Troxhammar Golf Club is 300 meters away and beautiful excursion areas with forests for mushroom and berry picking are just around the corner. Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. För tillfället under reparation. Tillgänglig från 20/5.
