Located in Skå on Färingsö, this modern, newly built cottage features 2 bedrooms and an open-plan living room/kitchen, where there is also a sofa bed and a recliner bed. The cottage has a single garden with a patio and barbecue. Several swimming areas are located in the nearby area. Nearest swimming area: Mörbybadet, 2 km (1.2 miles). Bus stop is within 300 meters from the property that takes you to Brommaplan/Stockholm in about 40 minutes. Both ICA and pizzeria are within walking distance, by car 2 minutes away! A party place where there is a lot of happening is also in walking distance!

Hiking trail with connection from the farm. Here, you live near the award-winning Apple Factory, the cozy Juntra garden and the Eldgarnsö nature reserve. Troxhammars golf course and Skå ice rink at a convenient distance.

After a lovely night in the garden house, breakfast is served on the jetty next to the large pond. With a cup of freshly brewed coffee in your hand, you look out over the beautiful, park-like plot where there is always something exciting to discover. With Lake Mälaren's glittering waters just a short walk away, it's easy to be lured to a swim at Stockbybadet. We are close to the big city but still in the countryside and with walking distance to both a grocery store and a lovely pastry shop, you will be happy to stay a little longer.

Lake Mälaren and swimming opportunity is 800m away, Troxhammar golf club is 300m away and beautiful excursion areas with forests for mushroom and berry picking are just around the corner. Bus stop 200 meters from the house, about 30 minutes by car from the city. Parking next to the house.

Welcome to a beautiful house in Uttran, Stockholm. Enjoy your stay in our house with lake property, private pool and private dock. A short walk from the house, there is the nature reserve Vinterskogen with an illuminated exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole.
