Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Skagafjörður

This is the second year we have stayed at the cottage and we absolutely love it. The view from the porch in the morning with a cup of coffee is one of my favorite parts of Iceland. The cottage is cozy and has everything you need for a stay of any length. Gummi is an excellent host - kind, flexible and response. The final special touch is the hot tub. This is one of the few homes with one. So nice to relax after a day of skiing . We will be back!

Loved staying at this place! The loft made the living space so big and comfortable! Super easy to use the hot tub and spotted some great northern lights while in the comfort of warm water. :)

Surrounded by snow covered mountains from all sides, right opposite Fjord, set atop lush green mountain, this house was right out of fairytale. It was very well furnished, star experience was soaking in hot tub amidst snow covered mountains, we did not feel like leaving this place. Our host was extremely helpful, welcoming and very prompt with any queries that we had.We had a very memorable trip and an unforgettable stay.Thank you

This was a beautiful house tucked away in Olafsfjordur. It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. The hot tub was a great way to wind down at the end of the day and the weight room in the garage was a welcomed activity after long hours driving around the countryside. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect and spacious accommodation

Petur's place...the bookseller's house, was wonderful for our stay. Walkable to everything in Siglufjordur. The hot tub was a much used amenity...so wonderful that it is pure water with no chemicals. We will be back!

We stayed in this beautiful house for Christmas and it was magical! Kristin is the perfect host. Answering any questions I had quickly and thoughtfully. She decorated the house for Christmas with lights and a tree and even presents for my children. The house is even more lovely than the photos and the views are dreamy. The decor is modern and comfortable. The hot tub is lovely to relax in on a cold day. The house has everything you need and really feels like home from home. I was worried the house would feel cold but it is very cozy. It is about 45 minutes drive from Akureyri which is where the closest airport is. Dalvik is the nearest small town about 15 minute's away. We had the most delicious fish soup in Gisli Eirikur Helgi, a lovely small restaurant in Dalvik that I would recommend visiting! I would absolutely recommend this beautiful house to anyone wanting to visit this area. We did some amazing trips - whale watching, husky sledding, Forest Lagoon, Godafoss waterfalls.

What a spectacular, joyful and relaxing few days here. The accommodations were comfortable and well-outfitted (a yoga mat!!) but the land and views were incredible. We spent a lot of time exploring the property. It was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful cabin in northern Iceland watching the animals roam around with the beautiful views of the ocean and the snowy mountains truly an unforgettable place and experience. The hosts were so kind and welcoming we would love to come back one day.

Great location in northern Iceland with a lake view and mountains. Very flexible and communicative host and was very flexible !!

Our group stayed in two cabins at this location and both were great! They were clean and in a beautiful area. I loved all of the windows for viewing the beautiful location and appreciated the blackout curtains when we were ready to sleep. Our group also enjoyed the natural hot springs and the Glaumbauer museum nearby. The robes and clogs (crocs) made getting to the hot springs so much easier, especially since the weather was fluctuating between rain and snow. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

On day 11 of our 18 day road trip, we finally found the best accommodation we could hope for! Very private and peaceful location. The cabin was well furnished and stocked with everything you might need! Hot tub was a bonus! Is it possible to give this site a 6 star rating??!! i It was outstanding!

Daniel made everything special while we were there. The Cafe was beautiful, and the food was splendid. The amenities were terrific, and the cabin was gorgeous. A lot of thought went into Daniel and Stefan's efforts.

Wonderful stay in a cozy cottage. The natural thermal pool was a highlight!
