There is a new and extended terrace to the east and a small terrace to the west, where the west-facing is surrounded by trees and not very facing anything other than being sheltered with the grill.

Enjoy a lovely weekend or holiday in our lovely holiday home located in the lovely surroundings of 'Himmerland spa and Golf Resort' with many opportunities for fun activities and great experiences. The holiday home is 95 sqm on two levels and is rented for 6 people (3 bedrooms). It is newly renovated in the spring of 2022 and appears both well-appointed and cozy!! From the living room there is an exit to a lovely wooden terrace. The house has fast WiFi as well as Chromecast. Free water park is included in the price.

The home is high quality and can be used all year round. The icing on the cake is the delicious swimming pool building with a hot tub and a view of the North Sea. The location is superb - right by the water and beach, which you can reach on a fresh walk. It is also possible to walk to Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse, to which you have a nice view from the house and grounds. It is also easy to get to the seaside resort of Lønstrup to get the day's shopping done. It also has a lovely selection of restaurants and boutiques.

Only a 5 min. walk to the beach down a lovely path and just a few minutes driving to Ålbæk town and 20 min. to Skagen. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, activity room, open kitchen and dining space and livingroom as well as a terrace with a garden around it with a playground and sandbox. It also has a sauna, outdoor bath and wood-fired hot tub.
