Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Skagerrak

A very cozy cabin with great facilities and cozy surroundings. Short distance to Fårup Sommerland and Blokhus Strand. The host responded quickly, clearly and nicely. The check-in worked perfectly. Definitely a cabin we can visit again.

It was absolutely wonderful at Lene's. The house was larger than it appeared in the pictures. It is located in a peaceful area where children can go out alone and play all day without worry. We did not meet Lene in person, but she was very kind and gave all the information in writing. We would gladly came back!

Absolutely outstanding place. One experiences Norwegian craftsmanship, history, creativity and love for the details that make the stay a real experience. Thank you very much.

Erna's house is a beautiful and peaceful place renovated with thought and a lot of love: We were amazed by the attention to detail and immediately felt at home. Do not worry if the weather is not great: You can then use the really nice fireplace and get cozy. The view is great and we enjoyed long walks in nature and along the beach. Gunnar is a great host and looked after us very well. We are looking forward to return!

The views from the cabin are incredible! So peaceful and the prefect location for relaxing and taking in the scenery. The interior is very clean and more than spacious. We greatly appreciated Corina and Andreas’ recommendations for the area- thank you! Wish we could have stayed longer - highly recommend!

Eva not say enough about this beautiful house. The location was picturesque and tranquil, we enjoyed sipping our nespresso looking at the view. There was more than enough space for two families, even though we were only three. We had a sauna every day and were lucky to have some snow. The beds were heavenly, we slept in every day. We did some skiing at Panorama Vradal right down the road. Kiki was super responsive in helping us figure things out. Her place is perfect for rest and relaxation. We will be back!!

You feel yourself surrounded by a long waterfall with its beautiful water ambience and snow capped mountains. There is a breeze whose freshness is immediately felt once you open your lungs for it. The cabin is noise proof. Bathrooms are in top condition and kitchen is well equipped. Beds are very comfortable and we never felt tired after waking up daily. Highly recommended place if your target destinations are Odda Tyssedal Rodal

Very cozy place, all the facilities you need. Just like a hotel room with that little extra that includes soap/body lotion. A warm welcome with cheese, biscuits, fruit and bubbles. Cozy landlord who lives next door 😊

We had a nice time with Wenche and her husband. We received a very nice reception and explanation of what we needed to know about the place. The very best was the view of the sea, the jetty and the sun all day. Absolutely wonderful! I'd love to come back.

We had a very nice stay at Helen's place. Helen is a very friendly and warm-hearted woman who was always approachable and took care of. The apartment is in a very nice large house with a well-kept garden. From the large terrace, you have a great view of a field, where you can also see deer and sometimes even moose. The apartment has everything you need for a few days. The location is quiet and good to explore Hunnebostrand, Smögen, Bohus Malmön, etc. (Everything maximum about 15 minutes away by car). I recommend it!

We've had a lot of fun with Judith and Bouke. We felt very welcome from the first moment. The house is delicate and well-equipped and the view is simply magical. It was very pleasant to cycle Gamleveien to Folkestadbyen and relax on the beach near the house. Judith's gallery was the very highlight of Folkestadbyen. The finest place there. We have acquired two fine works that we took home and hung on the walls. How lucky we are to have such wonderful memories from our trip! Our daughter got to play with the cat and she had a lot of fun out on the sunny terrace. Many thanks to Judith and Bouke for their hospitality and kindness! This place is highly recommended!💖

This place was perfect in every way. A great little getaway for a few days, or even longer. The surroundings were amazing and close enough to town in case you wanted to get out. The views are worth it and it was so peaceful and quiet. I can’t wait to come back in the summer!

Super nice house directly at the sea. The morning coffee with a view of the water from the terrace tasted particularly good. You can unwind there, as it is a very quiet area. Perfect for relaxing. There is a sauna in the bathroom and a hot tub outside. Everything you need to spend a few quiet days.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described - very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay near the beach. The check-in went smoothly and the host was always friendly, helpful and quick to reach. Amazing location for a quiet honeymoon :) Beautiful scenery, quiet location perfect for a holiday away from all the busyness of city life. Endless walks and ability to take out the boat or the paddle board and hang out by the fire watching the scenery in the evenings. Inger and Erik always responded to every question we had very quickly and they also gave us recommendations for local things to do. Although in a quiet area, Oslo is just 50 minutes away by train and you can also organise a variety of days out in the surrounding towns like Halden. The cabin is clean and has everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be coming back in the future :)

It is very difficult to explain how beautiful this location and this cottage is. It meant for us to come home to the most beautiful place we ever saw when we entered. The view is stunning. Delicious breakfast on the wooden deck with this great view is sublime. Sleeping with the curtains open because you will then look out over the bay from your bed when you wake up. It can't be nicer. We have lovely hikes with the dogs and campfire on the beach. Totally idyllic! The cottage is cute, comfortable and cozy. We can't wait to come back.

Sissel's cabin is nothing short of splendid! Tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, it offers a splendid view of the lake and the right atmosphere to relax in nature. Sissel provided us with all the necessary information and was always available. We hope to return soon and recommend staying in this magical place!

This place is great! We were so sorry to leave after 3 nights. We would have liked to stay even longer. The cabin has all the comforts. You sleep wonderfully and the views are phenomenal. The host had also given nice hiking tips. Highly recommended!
