The 2,000 sq ft Maplehurst Farm Guesthouse, located in the Skagit Valley, is offered for rent for the first time in June of 2016. Our 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, a 6 person hot tub, & sleeps up to 12 guests. It's possible to rent just the top or bottom floors separately, (see our other 2 listings) or the entire house. Welcome to the Coho Cabin, a tiny house/log cabin perched atop Skagit Bay with direct westerly waterfront views of wildlife, Whidbey Island and the Olympic Mts. Built in 2007, it's an authentic log cabin, custom designed out of Alaskan Yellow Cedar. Enjoy the rustic-yet-elegant vibe, radiant heated floors, cozy loft bed, outdoor bbq and private location. Located 10 min. west of La Conner, guests can browse shops, adventure on unique hikes, or enjoy a relaxing beach stroll.

The Granary - Charming cottage w/goats and views!

The Granary is a recently converted 110 year old grain shed (remodeled Summer 2020). It features a full kitchen, vaulted ceilings, bedroom loft and beautiful .75 bath. Located on the West side of Mount Vernon, it is minutes from I-5, yet situated on a 40-acres of farmland, next to an original barn and behind the main farmhouse. Good WiFi for work, ramp access and a ground-level hide-a-bed. Large West-facing deck and hot tub to enjoy sunsets.
