It is connected to City Water/Power. Tankless hotwater system which is temperamental for the shower, but great for the sinks. You will have full use of a shared firepit, BBQ, Covered space, and shared Laundry for long term quests.

Better yet, hop on one of our cruiser bikes and venture half a mile down the road to the Big Lake Grocery (the local’s convenience store)! Overlook Golf Course, Little Mountain trails, the Big Lake Bar and Grill and Centennial Trail are also a short drive away.

No kitchen, and you’ll bring your sleeping bags—we’ve got pillows! She’s tucked in our backyard with wraparound windows and a cozy small double bed. It’s quirky, simple, and oh-so-sweet.
