Gångavstånd till flera matbutiker, restauranger & apotek. 10 min promenad till Järvafältets naturreservat & en visningsgård med får, grisar, kor, getter, höns & hästar

Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Welcome to our cozy and peaceful house where the whole family can relax. The house, which is only 15 minutes from central Stockholm and 5 minutes from Täby C, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a TV room, a large kitchen, a dining room, and two dedicated work spaces. Direct access from the kitchen and living room to the enclosed patio and terrace with a large lovely hot tub for 6 people. The house is perfect for couples and families. Fiber broadband 500/500, and charging station for the car.

Newly built apartment in a prime location

Large and spacious apartment in the middle of Barkarbystaden. Here there is good communication with buses right outside. From the nearest train station you can reach City in just under 15 minutes. The apartment is fully furnished with everything that could be possible so you can move in right away. The apartment is rented for a minimum of one month but according to agreement with flexible access. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
