SeaShell is a 75m`2 apartment at village Skala Maries on Thasos Island. Is in the centre of the village and 50-70m from the main beach. Also nearby at same distance there are SuperMarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Caffes. Parking space is for one car at house main entrance. There are 2 more beaches very close (150m -200m) accessible by foot. Both of our two balconies have Sea and Sunset view. This apartment is not available for parties. We available 24h/d for every info or serve you want.

It has one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with one double sofa. The 2nd floor balcony offers a fantastic sea view from which you will enjoy the best sunsets you have seen. It’s peaceful and quiet, yet very easy to access, with just a short drive to beaches, local tavernas, and village shops. The sunset views from the garden are simply unforgettable! The House & Amenities: This beautifully restored traditional home is spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything a traveler could need. The air-conditioned bedrooms were a blessing in the summer heat, and the kitchen had all the essentials, plus extras like a BBQ and even an outdoor summer kitchen! Beautiful apartment with all the amenities for a wonderful vacation. The location is extremely good, one minute from the nearby beach and a 5-minute walk to Platanas beach. The place is very quiet despite the proximity to restaurants. The proximity of the grocery and fish store is extremely convenient. Thanks to the owner Panagiota for the hospitality!

The location of the newly built house is just 20m down the steep but paved road that separates from the main motorway. There is a gate to the small parking lot which can fit two cars safely and comfortably. Each unit has its own access keeping the intimacy of the splendid view towards the olive garden. The apartment is very spacious with large sliding glass doors connecting the ground level garden with the interior. The bathroom is comfortable to use and the kitchen is the best equipped we’d seen in Greece so far. The orientation of the house is towards the west therefore the patio is sunny up until the very sunset. There is also a path that leads to the shore where you can find two sunbeds however the beach itself is very rocky so its recommended to use water shoes. The only little downside to this otherwise beautiful modern complex is that the outdoor sofa is thinly padded therefore uncomfortable for longer periods of use, but this does not take away from our experience

Top notch location for sea lovers, its right on the beach, and has everything you might need. Water pressure is much better than in Thessaloniki:) We've stayed 5 days, 3 adults and 2 dogs and felt super comfortable with the car.

Panagiota was very nice and helpful host during our time there! We had to check in earlier and there was no problem at all. The apartment was very nice and the view is awesome! We definitely recommend this place and we’ll surely return :)
