Katarina was super helpful and kind throughout our stay, her tips made our trip even more enjoyable. everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kotor 🌊💙

Ema and Katrina were great hosts! They went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They booked a great boat tour for us and even arranged our transportation to the airport. The apartment itself was even better than the pictures. Very spacious and in a great, walkable location. Highly recommend!

Aneta was an incredible host she personally came to pick us up from the airport, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The house was absolutely stunning, exactly as described but even better in person. It offered breathtaking views of the sea, and we enjoyed a couple of swims during our stay. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every amenity we could need. Aneta was extremely helpful throughout our visit, and I would highly recommend staying here.

Absolute gem of a place. Perfect location, only 15 mins into to the old town. The apartment had everything you required, with little beautiful touches plus stunning views. Angelina was the most welcoming host, super friendly and always there if you needed help. We will sure be back the next time we visit Montenegro.

Bojana was a gracious host who made my stay in Kotor delightful. She was very communicative and helpful and made me feel right at home, helped plan various activities, gave recommendations for things to do and the best way to do them. She was always only a text away. The apartment was lovely, just a 5 minutes walk away from the old town and a swimming spot and the best BBQ in Kotor were both only a minute away. Still, it was quiet and relaxing. It was all in all a lovely stay and I would return for future stays. Thank you so much for your hospitality Bojana!

This is a hidden gem, which surpassed our expectations. Our only regret is that we didn’t spend longer in this beautiful penthouse apartment. During our stay in Montenegro we stayed in 3 places and Tatijana’s place was our favourite. This place has so much going for it. It is very quiet and peaceful and has a pretty pebbly beach for swimming just over the road. It only takes approx 15 mins to drive to Kotor or Tivat. The outside terrace is truly magical with spectacular views of mountains and the Adriatic. It gives you sunshine and shade throughout the day. The pictures don’t do it justice. This apartment is modern, well laid out and finished to a high standard. It has everything you would ask for including 2 wonderful, helpful, obliging hosts. Thank you Tatijana and Sergio, we would love to return some time.

They made my partner's birthday extra special with a lovely surprise: honestly the best hosts you could wish for. Ronduit great! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

Elena's place is outstanding! Located on the waterfront in Lepetani it has a fabulous view and just a stone's throw from the ferry to Kamenari. The house/apartment itself is fabulous, super-modern, furnished impeccably, with all the amenities you might need, and squeaky clean. The location was great because you get to feel like you are in a small village but within a few minutes drive you can be in downtown Tivat. It's also fun to take the ferry (free for pedestrians) over to Kamenari (a 6-minute crossing) and try out the restaurants on the other side. Elena is probably the best host I have met through AirBnb. She is super friendly, very, very responsive, very accommodating, and had a TON of suggestions for what to see, where to eat, etc. We loved staying at Elena's place and miss it already. All-in-all a five-star stay!

Thank you for the friendly and quick help in every situation. Jelena and Nikola managed to make our vacation a highlight despite the late arrival and personal start-up difficulties. The two are super nice and friendly without being intrusive. The boat trip with Nikola was great! The house is located in a nice fishing village, the sea right at the doorstep. You can hear the ferry and the road, but they didn't bother us. The ferry is free, we used it for shopping and restaurant visits. Thank you for the great. Stay! We'd love to come back!!

A real corner of paradise, I confirm all the previous positive comments! Such a human-scale, calm and flowery environment, with direct access to the sea from the pretty terrace, without a road to cross, is absolutely unique in Montenegro. The accommodation is very well supplied and maintained. Jelena was proactive and very available. We had an unforgettable stay 😊

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, peaceful retreat. You won’t find a more welcoming space or a more considerate host.

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

Fantastic stay, the view is stunning. The balcony gets the sun all afternoon and you can watch the sun set behind the mountains. The apartment is really spacious and had a lovely feel to it. The area is nice, it’s on the promenade but in a quieter area which we really enjoyed. It’s a good 40-50 minute walk into Kotor old town but so worth it in the day and the evening, we did it multiple times while we were there. We went with our 20 and 18 year old and they loved it too, especially being able to swim every day right outside in beautifully clear water. Would highly recommend staying here, we loved it.

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

Great accommodation - beautiful view of the water. Bed is very comfortable. Good starting point to walk to Perast or to explore the opposite by car. At the beginning of June, the season seems to be starting slowly. There was everything you need in the area.

Absolutely an amazing place. Well presented and kept, like in the description. Close amenities, walkable, friendly and great cuisine at a short distance. The view from the penthouse is stunning. We had a fabulous few days here. What a little gem. Everything was as described and exceeded our expectations. Sandra was close at hand and very responsive if we needed advice but we still had our privacy. The property is ideally situated. Close to Old Town but far enough away in a tranquil setting to enjoy a few hours by the sea. We would definitely recommend a stay here.
