The toilet is inside the cabin next to the entrance 300 m to the hometown park,mini golf restaurants ,close to the central parts with walking distance. Ica Maxi as well as several big chains nearby. Everything just around the corner. Parking included. Access to barbecue and patio or greenhouse to enjoy dinner or coffee.

For those who like kite surfing, there are plenty to explore. Access to bike + wood can be provided. Any pets should be kept on a leash in the garden during outdoor stay as parts of fences are missing.

If you take a walk along the fields in the rural landscape you get to Svarte. There you'll find a train station, a lovely sandy beach and a cozy beach cafe. Skönadal is close by Ystad och you can also visit lovely Österlen, Abbekås harbour, Mossbylund Spa, Ystad Zoo, Snogeholm's walking area and several beautiful castles.

Busslinje 5 som tar er hela vägen in till Malmö Centrum (15-26 minuter). men även till Rosengård Tågstation (8 minuter) som tar er till Hylliestation och kända Emporia på 15 minuter och likaså till Malmö Centralstation på 17minuter.
