Beach house with stunning view over the sea

Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to a beach with a jetty and beach bar. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. Two beds where you lie on the first floor and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km from Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or cycle along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good transportation connections.

Guesthouse of approx. 50 sq.m (538 sq. ft), a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private patio facing south. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is reached by a step ladder, there are two single beds (90cm x 2). Cot is available to borrow. The bike path will take you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

In the sleeping loft, one flight up, you will find two comfortable beds. Heating through waterborne underfloor heating.

A bedroom, open floor plan and large bathroom. Porch with fence, furniture and above-ground pool. The house is close to the dwelling house but is turned elsewhere without transparency. Close to Snogeholm's hiking areas with fishing and canoeing. 15 minutes to Ystad. Bed linens, towels, shampoo, etc. are included, as are coffee and tea. Free Wi-Fi and many TV channels.

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.
