A sandy beach and a rocky shore are just a short walk away, and your closest and only neighbor is a cabin with a massage chair. Lesund is located in Aure municipality which is well known for its nice archipelago and nice mountains with many marked hiking trails Nearby there is a coastal fort from the Second World War that has nice hiking trails, barbecue areas and a small zipline for children and young people. Lesund is located approximately halfway between Kristiansund and Trondheim with 2h each way.

Arctic Dome Hosetåsen is located in Orkland municipality. The dome is located on a top with forest around, but with an open and beautiful view over the valley and towards the mountains in Trollheimen. Lie down in a soft and comfortable bed where you can enjoy the starry sky, and wake up to a beautiful view. Relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature and the view! From the parking lot it is about 600 meters to walk, wear good shoes as the trail goes through forest and a bit of marsh. In winter, you have to ski or snowshoe as there is no paved road.
