The cabin is located in the forest about 400 meters from Storvika Strand and outdoor area. Storvika is Trøndelag's finest beach and a super swimming area! Storvika also has several bolted routes for rock climbing and the beach is widely used for windsurfing and kiting. Walking distance to train station and city centre. There may be some noise from the parking lot and industry during the day.

The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Watch out for toddlers, deck has no handrail.

The cabin is located on the upper row with great views. If it is desired to rent bed linen/towels, it must be notified in advance and this is provided. This costs 250,- per person.
