With good bus connections just nearby, you can easily get into Trondheim in 35 minutes and to Orkanger in 10 minutes. With just a small walking distance is an idyllic swimming area. On the porch you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the view. Or evenings can be enjoyed around the fire pit. In the dark season it is often to see the Northern Lights over the fjord

Gårdstunet is located high and free at the top of Buvika , direct access to exit terrain and outdoor activities. 6 km from Buvika city centre, and barely 30 km from Trondheim city centre. Living room/Kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor, on the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 room with single bed and writing desk, and 1 TV room. Bed covers/pillowcases/towels included. Guests clean before check out, cleaning is included(NOK 300.-)

Du står fritt til å benytte deg av resten av gårdens område hvor du blant annet kan gå turer i skogen, bade i strandsonen og fiske fra moloen. Det kan i tillegg nevnes at gården ligger like ved et av Norges fineste golfanlegg. Vi er en familie på fire som bor i hovedhuset på gården. Ellers kan du møte på både katter, rev og rådyr.

Charming house by the sea in Buvika with 3 double bedrooms, a spacious outdoor patio with kitchen and BBQ, just 30 meters from the shoreline. Grocery store, restaurants, and bus stop to Trondheim (20 min) all within a 5-minute walk. Renovated in 2019. There may be some building activity nearby during summer of 2025. We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Family friendly house is rented. The house has laundry room, exterior with toilet, 1 Master bedroom with its own walk-in closet and bathroom. Living room and kitchen up, 3 bedrooms on the lower floor, as well as a bathroom with bathtub, workspace and TV lounge. Central in Buvika with good bus connections. Please contact for more photos.

Cabin in the forest with jacuzzi

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality . Nice view to the Trondheim fjord and a rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive with car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In the winter, the road is paved and strewn. A good winter car is an advantage.
