With good bus connections just nearby, you can easily get into Trondheim in 35 minutes and to Orkanger in 10 minutes. With just a small walking distance is an idyllic swimming area. On the porch you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the view. Or evenings can be enjoyed around the fire pit. In the dark season it is often to see the Northern Lights over the fjord

Koselig hytte med anneks og grillhus. Passer godt for 4-personer. 3-4 sengeplasser inne i hytte, 2-3 sengeplasser i anneks. Ligger ca. 30 minutter ifra Trondheim sentrum, med gode bussforbindelser (buss-plass 5 minutter gange ifra hytta. (søk opp Lykkjnesset Skaun som er nærmeste bussplass). Parkering for opptil 2 biler ved hytte. Ligger fredelig til. Gassgrill, alt av hvitevarer, glass og kopper, håndduker tilgjengelig. Dyner og puter til 6 stk. (6 stk enkelt-dyner+6 hodeputer).

Nyt utsikten og se båtene som er på vei til mølla som passerer rett utfor. Carport rett ufor døra med elbillader. Det er 6 sengeplasser for voksne og 1 barneseng/sprinkelseng. Barnestol er det også her. Solnedgangen kan nytes fra senga, eller fra en av de 3 flotte terrassene. Sol fra den står opp til den går ned.

Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Unique natural area with many hiking trails. Approximately 10-15 min walking distance to bus (no. 310 or 410) in Børsa city center (E 39). Bus to Trondheim city center takes about 30-40 min. 4 beds with the possibility of 5 (annex). Wants to rent out for 1 week at a time, reduction in rent if 2 weeks rental. The cabin does not have wireless internet.

The Fjord House

Charming house by the sea in Buvika with 3 double bedrooms, a spacious outdoor patio with kitchen and BBQ, just 30 meters from the shoreline. Grocery store, restaurants, and bus stop to Trondheim (20 min) all within a 5-minute walk. Renovated in 2019. There may be some building activity nearby during spring 2025. We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Cozy house with 4 bedrooms (one in basement living room). Large courtyard with possibility of parking. Terrace with seating area where there is the possibility of grilling. Quiet child-friendly area, where walks in the woods and fields are not far away. Playground nearby. In winter only 2 kilometers by car there are nice uphill ski trails.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality . Nice view to the Trondheim fjord and a rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive with car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In the winter, the road is paved and strewn. A good winter car is an advantage.

Fantastic stay. Very central to restaurants, shops and nightlife. Very convenient with own parking space. We even got help carrying our luggage. The bedrooms had very good beds and lovely bed linen. Bright and nice apartment on the 5th floor. With an elevator and a short distance to most things. Would highly recommend.

It seems as if they are not renting out the accommodation as a business, but because they are happy to have guests. We therefore felt extremely welcome! 10/10

Martin's apartment really is the perfect place to stay in Trondheim if you want to get out and explore the city. It's incredibly well located - the longest we had to walk to get anywhere was about 15 minutes. The views across the fjord from the balcony are exceptional; we absolutely loved sitting out there and enjoying the scenery. The city can be a bit loud at night (car noises, music, etc), but once the door to the balcony is closed, it's completely silent, so there was no worry of being disturbed. The bed was very comfy, the kitchen incredibly well stocked, and the double-layer curtains make sure it gets nice and dark when you want to sleep. We will definitely be booking again on our next visit to this wonderful city.

It was a great pleasure to arrive at a tidy, inviting and well-organized apartment after a long day and flight from Sandnes to Trondheim. Marte welcomed us with warmth and hospitality, which made the arrival extra pleasant. The bed was made, towels easily accessible, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. A big plus was the opportunity to charge the electric car – very convenient! We greatly appreciate the good experience and would like to thank Marte for a great stay. We are already looking forward to the next time, and can highly recommend this place.
