I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. Angie's flat was close to the beach, exactly where I wanted to be. There was a great breakfast place just a stone's throw away from the flat overlooking the marvelous sunset beach. Where else do you find a sunset beach on the East Coast??

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable & spacious accommodation. Friendly host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Mine was just a flying visit so cannot comment on all the amenities but would happily return and recommend to others.

Very happy we chose to stay here as the road was very quiet and peaceful… however a few steps onto the main strip and you’re among all the arcades, restaurants and beach so it’s very good! changed my plans and brought my kids - very well equipped with some plastic bowls and cutlery :) Neil was very attentive and helpful, overall I would stay again. The sofa was so comfy that myself and my children fell asleep on it! Thanks so much :) very clean too !

Enjoyed a great short stay here. Short walk from beach, Well laid out, clean + tidy, quiet garden @ rear plus lots of amenities;…..everything you could need and more. Really thoughtful hosts. Kim was helpful & quick to respond. Highly Recommended!

What a great stay we had. As soon as we walked in it gave us the wow factor. Very clean and tidy. Was as described. Only thing that would of improved our stay even more was the curtains in the bedroom could have been more solid to block out the light. The location of the property is so perfect. Everything on your doorstep. Local businesses, resturants and bars. We loved all the quirky shops and the history with the castle and cathedral just round the corner. (If you visit Lincoln please go see the Dragon at the castle, it made us smile) Overall it was a perfect home from home stay for us. Beautiful place to stay in a perfect location. Very close to the cathedral and all shops and restaurants, with a parking space too which makes life so much easier. We will definitely return!

Sarah’s place was a perfect hideaway for a couple of nights whilst I was attending an event nearby. The studio is spotless and well appointed throughout. Pristine bathroom, fluffy towels, comfy bed and private. It was peaceful with no traffic noise in a cute village. Sarah was very helpful and responsive. A flawless experience.

A lovely peaceful place to stay and the hot tub was easy to use and very relaxing. The apartment is well equipped with all the gadgets you could need and an overall feeling of quality. Some really nice and welcome treats on arrival too! The addition of a few basics such as cooking oil would be perfect!

It was great time .The hot tub was clean and bubbly .The whole place was warm and fun .Best place for relaxation and staycation .The host was very helpful and responsive.Though we came late she stayed there and gave a quick orientation and even made the tub for us loved it🥰

A great find, ideal for birding at RSPB Frampton Marsh and Freiston Shore. Quiet, very comfortable & well equipped, though didn't get chance to try the hot tub with the weather! Hope to return.

Celebrating my birthday we came away for the weekend to Andy’s place. It was lovely and peaceful and the lodge was in a great location close to woodhall spa but not too busy or noisy. The lodge itself was perfect for my family and dog and had everything we needed inside. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day walking and visiting different places.
