In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! Welcome to our cozy Farmer's cottage located on beautiful Hållgården in scenic Hemmingsmark, about two miles from Piteå C. Here you can relax in a classic environment on our Norrbotten farm, say hello to our two horses and visit nearby lakes and forest, and read. The northern lights season is here! Now there are good opportunities to see the aurora borealis at Hållgården. In the yard there is a barbecue area and surfaces for children to play. Pets are welcome and on the farm there are three dogs. Welcome!

Welcome to a cozy renovated house in Kusmark, built in 1996 with quiet and secluded location right on the edge of the forest. The house is barely 20 minutes drive from Skellefteå. It is located near Kågeälven which has a wild stock of salmon, trout and harr. There are many nice trails and forest roads for those who want to exercise or just enjoy beautiful nature. You as a guest have the entire place to yourself, it is not shared with anyone outside of your reservation.

The house is located in a small village in the countryside, about 15 minutes' drive from central Skellefteå. A car is recommended as there are limited bus connections.
