As its name suggests The Railway Cottage is situated right beside the Dublin Belfast rail line. The first train passes at approximately 6am with the last one passing at approximately 12:30 am

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

Patricia made sure I was able to get to the airport on time before even accepting my reservation. That said so much about her character and integrity. The house was peaceful, spotless, welcoming, and comfortable for rest. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy linens to the clear communication. I felt truly cared for during my stay. Noreen and her husband Cory were very nice, respectful and provided very useful information about attractions in their arra. Overall, their accommodation is perfect for solo travel like me, or for one couple. Skerries is a charming, quiet coastal town close and well connected to Dublin by bus or train. I had a very pleasant stay there and I definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Eoghan's place whilst visiting nearby family. It was perfect for the two of us and having our own bathroom was great. We appreciated being able to use the very adequately resourced kitchen. It was a quiet neighbourhood and within easy walking distance to the sea, also to the train station which is on the main Dublin line. Thank you for your welcome, we will certainly stay again.
