We had a very good stay at Vincent's. The apartment is very large with beautiful bedrooms and a large living room. The pool is secured with a lifeguard who monitors the children and the beach nearby. It's imperative to provide a vehicle because even if taxis run, it's a little complicated otherwise.

We had a great stay. The apartment matches the description, is very clean, and is located in a nice neighborhood. Ali is a very attentive host, always available and quick to respond. He also shared some good local recommendations, which helped us discover the city. Everything went smoothly and met our expectations.

I initially booked the place for one night but we liked it so much we had to extend our stay. The place is homey, it’s warm, it’s hippy and the whole marine theme adds a lot more personality to it. It’s fully equipped and is located in a safe secure area. Meryam is such a sweetheart, she made sure we felt at home. Definitely recommend

Beautiful accommodation and spacious in a fairly new complex. Please note that there is not much to do in the area yet. They are building a lot, so it will probably be great in a while! With a car you can go anywhere, then it is a great base in a beautiful environment. Mounir is a very helpful host. Thank you for the stay!!!!!

Zineb was a wonderful host and the apartment was perfect and comfortable for our family of 6 (including 3 small children). We stayed for a month and had everything we needed in the apartment, plus the beach is just across the street and there are a few mini markets, a fish market and restaurants within walking distance. My kids enjoyed the pool and the beach every day! A taxi ride to town (Skhirat, where you can find restaurants, banks, produce markets, butcher, etc) costs just 5 dh per person (10 dh round trip, about €1 pp). There’s also a place called Farmland about 10 min by taxi that is great for kids. About 30 min to Rabat or Casablanca in a car. We recommend Zineb as a host and would definitely stay at her spacious apartment again!

Returned for another lovely stay in Ouidad's home, wouldn't want to be anywhere else in Rabat!

Silent and calm location , no noise from the motorway. Fantastic view and very comfortable terrace although you have to move the table and stools from the living room Low pressure of the water. Some adjustments to the kitchen equipment supply are necessary - already taken care by the owner. General good point fro which you can visit Rabat and Casablanca. Nice and calm stay.

Had a great stay. I was looking for a few days to rest and recharge and this sunroom was PERFECT. The aesthetic was calm, proximity to the beach was amazing, and the bed was so comfortable. I’d recommend this place to my friends!
