We very much enjoyed our stay at Samy's house. He is a great host, very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The house is lovely, it's in an enclosed compound with a shared pool area and backyard. The rooms are large, the kitchen is great, and the living rooms were perfect. The beach is a 5 min walk down the hill and there are many restaurants and shops a short drive away. There is also a gym just a short walk away that is really nice and offers single-day entry fees. Samy's house was perfect for our family trip, the rooms and living areas are really nice and spacious. We will absolutely rent from Samy again.

5 Stars – A Perfect Peaceful Getaway ! I had a wonderful stay at this lovely little villa in Skhirat. It was the perfect escape peaceful and quiet, yet still close to everything we needed, including the beach and just a short drive to Rabat, the capital city. The location strikes a great balance between relaxation and convenience. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We felt very well taken care of throughout our time there. A big thank you to Ahmed and his brother Walid for their warm hospitality and helpfulness they really made us feel at home. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a tranquil place just outside the hustle of the city. Would definitely stay again !

We had a great time with the family! 🌞 The location is simply exceptional: a beautiful beach a stone's throw away, breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets. The ambient calm was a real luxury. The house was very clean, well-equipped, and we felt right at home there. Fatna delighted us with her delicious homemade Moroccan dishes, and her son Ismaël was very welcoming and available throughout the stay. Small detail to note: the mattresses are spring-loaded — it may surprise you, but you get used to it pretty quickly😊. We leave with beautiful memories and the desire to come back again. Again, thank you for this beautiful break!

Fantastic and helpful hosts, needed a last minute place to stay when my original was not great. They got the home ready for us in literally hours and bent over backwards every step of the way. All around great service and support.

Very pleasant stay in this charming cabin! The place is quiet, ideal for relaxing, with a nice view of Skhirat beach. Access is simple and convenient, right in front of the fishing port, which adds a real local charm. Ismail is very responsive. I would recommend it in a second.

My stay was two nights The house is beautiful and tidy and its location is very special To what I like, there are simple ants and I can see it ordinary by virtue of a sea area and a house that is not new .

Pleasant stay! Impeccable apartment, quiet and secure residence. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail. The walk in the garden is pleasant, and the children enjoyed the beautiful pool on Sunday. I recommend staying at Caroline's. Very nice apartment, functional and perfectly matches the photos. Even though there is a train passing by and construction not far away, it absolutely did not bother us. We slept very well, even with small children. We spent 8 impeccable days, we didn't want for anything. Baligh is very responsive and always answered our questions quickly. Thank you so much for your hospitality and availability throughout the stay. I highly recommend this apartment and host to anyone looking for a carefree experience!

Recommended for families! We had a pleasant time in this accommodation which is very functional and met our expectations The residence is very quiet and offers two swimming pools that we were able to fully enjoy. Thanks to Majid for his responsiveness.

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Hay Riyad. The host, Nezha, is a very friendly woman. On the other hand, the kitchen could do with some improvements.

All shops are available at the foot of the residence! Ayoub is very responsive and friendly!

Located at a residential neighborhood next to the ocean (10 minutes walk). A little too far away from major attractions and railway station/airport. If you want to experience normal Morocco life, this is the right place. The apartment has everything you need!

large apartment for a couple with children. we were with our car and it was convenient because it is a little out of the way. the waterfront walk is 5min walk, we will come back!
