Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Skiatook Lake

Ashley and Scott were amazing. We arrived right as they had gone through some flooding, which made arrival a bit challenging, and they were amazing about communicating. They helped us get checked in, were very accommodating, and provided a space where we felt right at home. The space was beautifully designed as well, which is something I am always picky about. They provided everything we could think of needing. We love this place and plan to book again when we come back to this area in the future.

Charming, safe, clean little cottage. I was pleased with just about every aspect. I loved that it was dog friendly. I met Lori the morning I left. She let my German Shepherd come into her larger yard and even volunteered to keep an eye on him while I finished getting ready and packed up. It was so nice to have a place to stay on my cross country road trip. Lori even gave me cherries and strawberries when I left.

We had a great stay-even was able to extend a night. Maureen’s place was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed in. It felt very much like home. The entire house is stocked well and free of clutter. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Jessica’s place. The location was perfect — close to the Rose district and other attractions we were visiting in the area. The house was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out seamless. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

We stayed here when we visited for Mother’s Day a few weeks ago & knew that we wanted to stay here again when we brought our daughter to Tulsa while she was visiting from the northeast. This property was just as lovely and comfortable as it was before; it’s apparent that this house is consistently maintained with loving care. Watching deer, squirrels and other animals play in the yard while sitting around the fire pit was a nice break from the city life!!

We only got to stay one night. But we loved the place. We felt right at home and we were so comfortable. Hope to stay at this lovely home in the future when we come to Tulsa. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very nice and comfortable. 3 nice size bedrooms. We rented this home and the adjoining cottage for our family. It was perfect! Great backyard’s. And a sweet surprise was the fixin’s for s’more’s with roasting sticks!

Great place to stay. Super cute inside and out. Cozy place, very comfortable beds, It’s a little house, but all the rooms are very spacious. Will definitely book with Lauren again!

The place was just what we needed, a place to sleep and shower. So appreciated the well lit paths at night for parking and entering the property. Especially appreciative of the hot water and water pressure! I was nervous trying to push four adults through the shower that I’d be the one who would suffer but the water tank held out! (Sometimes when we go with smaller properties this has been a problem.. the hosts really considered everything when they redid the space.)

Bob and his wife were so kind to accommodate us! We booked last minute due to some ruffles in our holiday plans and their place saved the day for us. They made sure we were comfortable and taken care of and their place was adorable and sooo cozy!!

I travel to Tulsa at least once a year and this was perfect for 1 person wanting some private personal space. The cottage was absolutely adorable and charming as was Evelyn. She left me a blow dryer to use at my request and also brought me a couple of soft drinks when I arrived since I hadn’t stopped anywhere yet. The bathroom lighting was great, bed was comfy, and felt very safe and cozy. Definitely recommend for a solo trip or even a couple. Bed easily big enough for 2.

Everything was great. Perfect little yard - we had our dogs with us and they had space to run and enjoy the outdoors. The only thing that I can say negative about the place is you can hear everything above you. Someone was walking around the house until after 2am. It would wake us up when they moved around.

This place is great! It’s super clean and within walking distance of a bunch of cool spots around Tulsa including the BOK center. Never had more than a 10-15 minute walk. Awesome place to stay. Highly recommend. Parking is cheap too during the day and free at night.

Lovely, spacious home. Comfortable beds and living spaces. Easy in and out and the gate made it feel very safe.

Great location for downtown sight seeing. Would stay again.

We so enjoyed our stay in the Patriot. It was very clean. The pots and pans in the kitchen are new and not all scratched up like so many. It is so peaceful and quiet around the property and we like the country surroundings. I definitely recommend it.

First of all, I'd like to express our gratitude for being able to stay at the Open Gate Log Cabin. We there for a 4-day family reunion in Depew, OK. The minute I spoke with the host, I knew that I was going to enjoy my stay. The cabin was awesome, quiet, and cozy for the number of people we had. It was well kept, and it fit the description in the listing. What stood out to me was the many areas in and around that cabin that allowed you to see the well-maintained lush green grass that it sat on. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Whether it was sipping coffee on the porch or having a quick snack, every moment spent there felt rejuvenating. In describing the place to other relatives, they expressed interest in how to contact the host on the Airbnb site. Even more so when a few came out to visit with us. So Lynn, expect more business. The location was wonderful, even in the fall. the house had lots of things for the family to do tvs in every room which allowed everyone time to watch and do the things they enjoyed. Tina left us wonderful snacks and the house had everything needed to cook for a family of five. I would definitely love to come back in the summer when the water is warm and hike.

If you are considering staying here, just book it! bottom line.... you will NOT in any way be sorry. 10 out of 10 would 100% recommend!

We had an amazing stay at the cabin. It is such a beautiful and peacefulI place! It was spotless but still so homey. Kathy thought of everything you might want or need and the little touches like eye masks and shower loofahs showed how much she cares about her guests! We will definitely be going back to visit this wonderful spot!

Tina was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. We were spoonbill fishing in the area, so we didn't spend much time in the house. When we were there, it was fantastic and Tina was very responsive to our questions. It was a great stay and she was a great host.
