Walking distance to most things. 2 min walk to Skien train station, 5 min walk to Skien city center, 3 min walk to Sunday open Joker, 1 min walk to bus stop The house has all you need of kitchenware. Linen and towels are included. The house also has a washing machine that can be used. If you need to rent a car during your stay, I have a car that can be rented with the house for extra cost

Located in the middle of Skien and Porsgrunn. 100m to bus stop, 300m to shop and good parking facilities. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and has very little traffic. You can park right at the front door and the electric car charger (type 2) is ready for use. Code lock on the door for easy access. The apartment is equipped with a heat pump and underfloor heating.

It has a kitchen a nice bathroom and a sleepingcoach with an 8 cm extra cover-mattress. There is a garden with barbeque, and seating group area. Sun beds and an outdoor fireplace. It is a 5 min walk to the closest grocery shop, restaurant and the beach. A ferry that takes you on Island roundtrips i just below the house. A centre with 80 shops and a gym, busstop close.

Stay at the mansion of Nedre Jønholt Gård, right in the middle of Porsgrunn city centre. Unique apartment with large functional rooms in atmospheric surroundings. The kitchen is the house's gathering space. It's fired in the big grue fireplace. Get the feeling of going back in time and experience a historic property!
