“In agreement with all the other rave reviews. This is a charming cottage that makes for a really nice escape not too far from London. Located in the middle of attractive Chilterns countryside that makes for great walking. Perfect for families with a kid. Our four-year old enjoyed all the books, toys and games in the house, running around the garden and playing on the trampoline and playground equipment outside. The place was very clean and inside was modern and well renovated. We enjoyed it a lot!”
Comfortable, spacious and light, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, (bath and power shower), wardrobe, chest of drawers, Wifi, TV, kettle, tea/coffee etc. Continental Breakfast. Easy 20 minute downhill walk to Henley town centre. Local bus/taxi service. Second bedroom available.
“If you need to be in Henley on Thames then don't worry about the rest stay with Nicola. The ensuite room was delightful and the breakfast provided was more than was expected. The house is a twenty minute walk into town downhill all the way but would advise a taxi, if arriving from the station, as it is a bit of a hill to drag a suitcase up. Taxi fare was five pounds. I would have no hesitation staying there again in the future and wish Nicola well for future bookings.”

“My husband and I stayed at Mary's Cabin for a week in August 2020. Considering the restrictions due to COVID, we were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful little cabin located in front of a small vegetable patch and next to a field with a very friendly horse. It was a perfect break from the city and a great place to reconnect with nature, go on long bike rides, and even a good base to visit Oxford for the day, as we did. The cabin was very comfortable and was nicely furnished. Although the usual breakfast was not included due to COVID restrictions, there was a little breakfast bar with muesli, coffee and tea. Ben was a fantastic host, telling us about nearby pubs that were still open and one that served incredible pizza (we ended up eating there three times!). I would definitely visit the area again, especially when things return to normal again.”
