In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area there is a pool and paddle tennis court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

This newly built accommodation is located at Sälfjällstorget/Olarsgården with walking distance to the ski lift in Lindvallen (about 8-10 minutes). The property has lovely living areas. Kitchen and living room are open plan and have high ceilings. The wood-burning stove creates a cozy factor. 4 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds. Two fully equipped bathrooms with shower and sauna in one. Ski storage with good storage and ski boot heaters. Here you have all the amenities such as dishwasher, washing/drying machine and drying cabinet. Perfect accommodation for large groups.

Are you looking for a cozy cottage that has everything you need? Then you found the right place! The cottage is a quarter of a walk from Sälfjällstorget's slopes and restaurants, only 50 meters from the ski bus that takes you to and from the slopes. Near the cottage there are cross-country ski trails and a sledding hill. The cottage has 6 comfortable beds spread over three bedrooms. Ski-in Ski-out in Lindvallen - Sälen. Panorama view, Sauna, Wood-burning stove, Fiber, etc. The house (semi-detached house) is located between slopes 35-36 (Hasse & Tomas) at the top of the system, above Sälfjällstorget, where you will find hotel Bugelhof, Kaiser's ski shed, Victor's, Pinchos, Harrys etc. The hall is equipped with ski boot dryer for 10 couples, heat & air. Large and sunny terrace that goes around the house, with striking views and 10-15 meters from the hill 35 (Hasse) and the bike trail. Ski storage and 2 parking spaces.

Welcome to our cozy mountain cabin in Södra Fjällvyn. The cottage is beautifully located in quiet nature and despite the nice feeling of an undisturbed location, you are only 5 minutes away from Lindvallen's center with everything from ski slopes and adventure pools to shops and restaurants. Gubbmyren's cross-country ski track is only 100 meters from the house with loops of 5, 7 and 10 km. The cottage with nice mountain architecture is perfect for those of you looking for a comfortable accommodation with room for the larger company.

Med förtjusande utsikt mot backarna från balkongen på högsta våningen och poolområdet som ligger precis utanför. Under sommaren finns pool och padelanläggning brevid lägenhetshuset. Två sovrum med kombinerat kök och vardagsrum. Bastu, kamin, torkskåp, privat parkering, wifi och smart TV. Det finns parkering med laddstation för elbil utanför fastigheten.

Ski in ski out location with lovely views of the mountains and south-facing balcony. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walking distance to cross-country trails, Skistar's summer activities, shops, swimming, spa and several restaurants. The apartment's parking for 2 cars is at the entrance, so you are close to carrying in your luggage. In the public parking lot outside the apartments, there are 20 charging stations (MER) for electric cars.

Pool och Padelbanan är nu stängd för säsongen. I det nybyggda området Fjällbäcken Pool & Paddel är vår lägenhet belägen med omedelbar närhet till Söderåstorget. Vårt hus är närmast torget. Vid Söderåstorget har SkiStar installerat en ny 6stolssittlift (med vindskydd och värme i sitsen) som startar tvärs över vägen från oss. Så kort promenad till liften. Hem glider man enkelt! Experium med dess aktiviteter, MTB center, Cross Country Arena etc ligger även inom promenadavstå
