Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

The apartment is 71 sqm with three bedrooms and an open plan living room and kitchen. After a full day on the slopes there is both a wood-burning stove and a sauna to warm up with. Wifi is included and the entire apartment has underfloor heating. In winter there is a conveyor lift under the roof to Söderåstorget. In the summer there is a swimming pool right by the apartment and the stag at the end of the street.

The apartment is only 120m from the new lift that takes you quickly and comfortably up in the ski system. In the event of a lot of snow, you can ski all the way to the house. The apartment has a good layout as it has 2 living rooms. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the Experium square with swimming, restaurants, bowling and shopping. Here you enjoy all the amenities and close to everything in Lindvallen.

Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

Welcome to our charming cabin with a cozy sauna and grill room in the backyard. The cabin is divided into two separate parts rented out separately. There's a free ski bus nearby and access to beautiful cross-country and snow scooter tracks just by the house. The slopes, supermarkets etc. are just a 5-minute drive. Local restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Please note that cleaning is only included during Christmas, New Year, W6,W7,W8, W9. Cleaning and bed linnen can be requested anytime.

Du tar dig enkelt till skidbackarna och i området passerar fina längdskidspår som tar dig mot Högfjället eller Tandådalen. En liten bit bort passerar skoterleder vilka du kan ansluta till från bostaden. I huset finns ett sovrum med en enkelsäng och förvaring samt ett rymligt loft med dubbelsäng. Badrum med wc, kommod och dusch. Praktisk hall.
