Modern two-room apartment in the heart of Kiefersfelden, just 1 minute from the train station. Accommodating up to four guests, a stylish balcony and fully equipped furnishings provide comfort and relaxation. Families and dogs are welcome. Surrounded by mountains, lakes, cycling and hiking trails, nature is right outside the door and invites you to excursions. The charming Kufstein with old town, fortress, cultural offerings and cozy cafés can be reached within minutes.

Central bright basement apartment (small terrace in summer)

Centrally located accommodation just 5 minutes from the center. Nevertheless, the apartment is in a quiet housing estate. The one-room apartment is located in the basement, but has a large light shaft. Equipped with separate bathroom with shower/toilet, small kitchen with oven, coffee machine and refrigerator. Also a cozy double bed, perfect for 2 adults. The large light shaft has patio furniture. Unfortunately, there is no view, but it is right at the ski bus stop.

Apartment on the farm

The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located directly on the Tyrolean Ache, you can enjoy your vacation here with the wonderful sound of the stream. The apartment is small and fine and the ideal pole position in summer for biking, golfing and hiking. In winter, you are right at the lift. The ski bus stops very close to the accommodation. You can walk along the Ache to the village center in a few minutes and enjoy Tyrolean hospitality.

"Das Berg 1982" apartment - which was newly built in fall 2021 within an existing building - is located in Westendorf at mid-height of the "Salvenberg". The 80sqm apartment for up to max. 5 people impresses with a unique view of the famous ski mountain "Nachtsöllberg", which is located in the middle of the ski area "Wilder Kaiser Brixental". The highlight of the apartment is the free "spa area" with hot-pot and sauna for private use.

The Kitzbühel Alps are outside, and the woods of the Alps are inside: cherry, alder, beech, spruce, ash, oak, pine – the table, the bed, all handcrafted.
