Here you live on the 2nd floor above our accounting firm and are a neighbor to our large apartment "Skarven hjem" which can also be rented via Airbnb. From the large window in the living room and bedroom, you can see straight out into the main street in the small fishing village of Skjervøy. Here, everything is new and will be in use by October 2025. Welcome to the cozy "Skarven liten".

Area: about 70 m2 Has living room/kitchen with stove guard, large bedroom (approx. 15 m2), shower/wc with connected bathroom fan with steam sensor and glohett Finnish sauna. Cozy cabin with SAUNA (sauna) 6 km north from Lyngseidet city center. The cabin is a total of 49 sqm and is great for 3-4 adults or a small family. The cabin contains : living room, toilet /shower , kitchen and 3 bedroom stall: inside the stall there is a washing machine - Large porch where there are barbecue facilities to view the Lyngenfjord. ( wood or charcoal is not included in the price) - The cabin should be left in order and tidy. - Used bedding and towels must be removed and put in the laundry basket.

With a 42-inch smart TV with internet, you can survive even bad weather days. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, stove and freezer/fridge Kettle. and coffee machine. Tea and spices are available. The bathroom has a large shower (for 2 people). Underfloor heating and a large illuminated mirror.

The area has fantastic views of the Lyng Alps, with opportunities to see the northern lights in winter and the midnight sun in summer. There are good hiking opportunities in the immediate area. Popular mountains for randonees. From the property you can go directly up to Storhaugen. Sorbmegáisá is also nearby. Short distance to other mountains. Wood fired Sauna and grill hut. Bicycles, snowshoes. Beds are fully made.

Øya er kjent for gode jaktmuligheter på småviltjakt og fiske i sjø. Stor bestand av ørn. 3 km til matbutikk og hurtigbåtkai. Båt fra Tromsø anløper daglig.

Peaceful and scenic area that offers hiking trails, beautiful nature and great opportunities to experience the northern lights. There is a sauna in the house and in addition a large wood-fired sauna on the neighboring property that can be used by appointment without additional charge.
