The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Nice little apartment with everything for two

In a newly built house from 2022, we have made two small apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom and entrance to our kids. Now some of the kids have moved and we're renting one out. The apartment is 25 sqm and has a nice bathroom with shower - full kitchen with stove with 2 burners, oven, fridge and freezer. There is a dining table with chairs and then there is a cabinet bed with a nice mattress. It can easily be opened up with the bedding arranged so it is easy to make good floor space. There is a large sliding door and a lovely view

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Family friendly summer house with ocean view on large undisturbed property. Perfect for a small getaway in the nature and by the sea. Newly renovated in all wood material and natural colors creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.

Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

There is free parking in the driveway and a private entrance with a key box for your own apartment and terrace in the garden. 4-5 minutes walk to the bus and 10 minutes to the light rail to Aarhus, where you can take route L1 and be in the center of Aarhus in 15 minutes. - The Djursland highway is only a 3-minute drive away. - 2-5 minutes walk to Q8 or Netto and SuperBrugsen. Super cozy and homely annex/mini-summer house with a small terrace out front. The annex is located 250 meters from the water, where you will find a beach with a jetty. It is 20 m2 and has a cozy terrace and lawn that invites you to have a lot of fun and games. The annex consists of a bathroom and a combined bedroom/living room/kitchenette in one. There is a private entrance to the wooden terrace, where the summer sun can be enjoyed in the relaxing surroundings. TV with chromecast.

In beautiful Skæring 15 km north of Aarhus is our cozy old architect designed cottage. Here you get nostalgia and comfort in a class by itself . The house has two bedroom , bathroom with tub. Separate toilet. Kitchen with stove , fridge / freezer and dishwasher. In the lovely bright living room are comfortable leather furniture and a cozy rocking chair. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.
