Family-friendly holiday rentals in Skradin

We stayed here as a group of 10, and it was absolutely perfect for us. Plenty of space both outside and inside, and thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outside kitchen. We were even given the use of a car for our stay which gave us a wide choice of local markets. Beach and restaurants/bars only a 25 minute walk downhill and 30 minute taxi into split. Great hosts as well, would love to stay again if I get the chance, thanks!

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.

We had a wonderful time at Marinas apartment in Okrug Gornji! She was great at communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed😊 The apartment was the right size for the three of us on a girls trip. The pool was amazing, clean and a great place to spend the day! There are many beaches nearby and restaurants!🏖️🍽️🍹

We had a wonderful family vacation. Very much enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with beautiful sea views and sunsets. Snorkeling was nice at nearby beach and we took the boat out and drove along shoreline. House came equipped with many amenities including some art supplies. If you are looking for a relaxing beach destination with spectacular views, this is the house to choose!

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The location was very good and the house had not only a breathtaking view but also a beautiful ambience. The host was also very attentive and we felt comfortable from the beginning! We thank you very much for the beautiful time and would definitely come back!

Robert is an extremely happy host with the added quality of being an artist, award-winning writer, and poet, which he feels on his property. The apartment has a magical Mediterranean garden that Robert has decorated himself, and the entire house, and especially this apartment has incredible artistic beauty and specialty. It definitely outweighs the artistic-design quality of the decor and the beauty of unified standard suites that I no longer want to go to after this experience. A very special experience, we will certainly return to this very Robert's apartment with a magical garden full of shade and scents of the Mediterranean !!

Matea and her father were wonderful hosts. They are approachable, available for all questions, warm and cordial people, and at the end they prepared beautiful gifts for us. They allowed us to arrive later without any problems, the accommodation was excellent, clean, contains everything listed in the advertisement and in the photos. The pool and yard are neat and clean, we really enjoyed swimming and relaxing. Lozovac is a small, quiet and beautiful place, located near larger cities and close to everything you need. One day we will definitely come back here, because we really enjoyed it. ❤️

Natürlich! Hier ist die ergänzte Version: ⸻ We had a fantastic week at Villa Mirella! The villa was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor space with the pool und lounge area was a highlight. A beautiful, quiet beach is just a short walk away, which made our stay even more relaxing. Communication with the hosts was smooth and friendly—they were always helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Croatia!

We loved our short stay here. Katarina met us when we arrived even tho it was quite late. lovely apartment, very peaceful and beautiful view and surroundings. Just a short walk down to Trogir old town. Highly recommend this place.

The small village is an idyll if you prefer quiet, authentic villages to the tourist strongholds. Here, the neighbors are a flock of chickens making their rounds. Otherwise, there's not much going on in the village street. The house is several hundred years old and therefore has a soul. Beautifully renovated and everything you need is there. Only the second deck chair was missing. A second one should be purchased here again. In addition, 6 glasses and cutlery are a little few, so you have to rinse constantly. But you can see, this is whining at the highest level. I can only recommend the accommodation and if we go to Croatia again, then definitely here again. Great area for hiking trips, but you can also quickly drive to the sea. Here, however, I recommend driving towards Split and by no means towards Zadar, because the Zadar side is as ugly as Zadar itself, apart from the small old town...

We spent 2 weeks in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. Super quiet location and the beach is right outside the door. We'll be back.

In a nutshell: if Antonio's place is available, just book it. This place is all about the views, which were amazing from each level. I've never been to such a well equipped Airbnb. The kitchen had all sorts of cutlery, pots and tupperware which made cooking and serving communal meals easy. Oil etc was provided and the welcome platter was perfect for our first night. The outdoor wood fired BBQ was great too, we used that twice during our stay. Simple things like having an ice machine made everything easy, with the outside fridge we barely had to go inside. All en suite bedrooms was also a great feature, with plenty of towels and amenities. Lots of super markets nearby, we found Kaufland the best for a big shop. Hire cars were a must for is, though we were able to get ubers to and from the villa. The road up is quite steep, and realistically not easily walkable, but that comes with the private view you get at the top which really is panoramic with sunshine from sun rise to sunset

My family and I had such a lovely stay at Ivan’s apartment! Private pool, walkable to restaurants and the beach, clean apartment, super friendly host. Ivan’s parents were so welcoming, they gave us some food when we arrived, also some home grown vegetables during the week, and then pancakes at the end! Ivan was also on call whenever we needed him, no matter how big or small. Highly recommend Ivan’s apartment, and we hope to come again!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The host was responsive and welcoming, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. I’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

The hosts Niko and Helena were kind, helpful and welcoming. The area is brilliant. Close to the beach and local towns with lots of restaurants and activities. 10/10 would definitely recommend

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

Wow, Doris’s beautiful accommodation was quite literally the best we have ever stayed in! The place is absolutely stunning, the pool magical, and the views outstanding. The gardens and plants were amazing too, its own botanical gardens! Doris was so very welcoming and we felt at home straight away. We loved the place so much we almost didn’t want to explore the area. However, the beach is only 5 minutes away and is beautiful and a few restaurants / cafes and a supermarket too. There was also the opportunity to book boat trips and jet skis from the beach area. Trogir is only a short drive away and we thought it was like a mini Dubrovnik, very pretty and a good place to take in the sunset while having a drink on the front with all the boats. Krka national park and Split aren’t too far either. We have come away feeling so relaxed and it provided us the most amazing opportunity to share special memories with the family! High feel-good factor, from the first minute you can quickly get down from the stress of everyday life. The pool is great and bigger than expected. The house is on a mountain, there are few neighbors nearby, yet you have your privacy and it's incredibly quiet! The sleeping areas can only be reached via an external staircase, are newly furnished, each room has its own modern bathroom. The place itself is small, but it has everything you need. The beaches are within walking distance. The mountain is easy to cope with (even with a stroller), if you don't do anything anyway and hardly move, it was a good change ;) The bay is beautiful and the beaches very quiet (end of August), just right if you want to enjoy the nature and tranquility. There are restaurants and the supermarket, a fruit stand, bakery. The ice cream shop directly on the beach recommended. Clear recommendation from us!!! Great communication with the owner, keep it up!

From the moment my wife and I arrived at the Bumbeta House, we felt very welcomed and right at home. Jelena's husband gave us a great tour of the house and lots of local recommendations. We had such a nice, relaxing, and peaceful time swimming and sun bathing. The pool and outdoor area were definitely a highlight for us! The Bumbeta House was a magical experience for our first time in Croatia. I highly recommend and Jelena and her family truly are super hosts!
