The stone cabins at Kastad farm are remotely located in stunning natural surroundings. The cabin in the forest, like the other cabins, has a fantastic view of Mjøsa and Kastadtjern. Here you can unplug and wake up to a delicious breakfast basket with freshly roasted croissants. Suitable for 2 people. The forest is one of 3 stone cabins on the farm The other two are Røysa and the field. All three cabins are so close that several couples can book together. But so unashamedly that no one sees you! The stabbur belongs to the small farm Kollbekk. Large green areas and dog yard with house will be available to the guests. The location is in the vicinity of Mjøsa about a 1 hour drive from Gardermoen, the airport bus stops 200 meters from us. Within 15 minutes there is Totenåsen with abundant hiking opportunities winter such as summer, Norsk Hestesenter Starum, Gjøvik and Toten golf club Sillong, Gjøvik city with mountain hall and wheel steamer Skibladner. An hour's drive to the Mjøsbyene Lillehammer and Hamar.

We have renovated the old boy living room on the farm, and rent it out for short and longer stays. Pilgrims receive an extra discount, contact directly by SMS 97786500. The place is best suited for 2 adults, or a family with 2 smaller children. The residence is located in the courtyard, but still shielded. It is a short walking distance to Mjøsa, you walk down in 5 minutes. You can swim there. The Pilgrim's Way goes right past the yard, and there are many other nice hiking opportunities by bike and on foot.

Innsjekking i hovedsak etter kl 16, men ta gjærne kontakt om du ønsker å sjekke inn før, så ser vi hva vi får til. Familie på fem bor i resten av huset, så noe støy må påberegnes.
