This fact is confirmed by the discovery, during the construction of the resort, of traces of two settlements that functioned here in prehistoric times. You will relax and experience beautiful moments with us.

We offer a 100 sq. m cottage: GROUND FLOOR: living room with fully equipped kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom, large terrace. In the living room there is a folding corner sofa and a wood-burning stove. Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms, bathroom. The entire house is heated and air-conditioned, which allows for year-round relaxation. Guests have 2 SUP boards and 4 bicycles at their disposal. In the garden, there is a JACUZZI (available in the period of temperatures (+++) The property is fenced with a garage and parking on the property.

On the farm Sandsee, riding therapy is offered on domestic horses. The Sandsee provides an opportunity for swimming and fishing. Red House

This cottage, built in the American style in 2025, is truly special. It is directly adjacent to a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling is done by means of a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the surrounding countryside.
