House holiday rentals in Skyros

Miejsce godne polecenia. Fantastyczna lokalizacja, z bardzo dobrym dojazdem, miejsce parkingowe, blisko sklepy, lokalne restauracje. Największą atrakcja jest basen oraz to, że apartament w którym byliśmy ma dwie niezależne sypialnie z własnymi łazienkami, co jest rzadkością w tego typu obiektach. Cicho, spokojnie, blisko do morza i do Chory. Lokal wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba w kuchni, wygodny taras i piękne dekoracje. Serdecznie polecam, na pewno wrócę na Skiros do tego miejsca u Pani Georgiji.

Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι απ'τον χώρο και την φιλοξενία!!! Η κυρία Γεωργία ήταν πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Σίγουρα το προτείνω και σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά αν επισκεφθώ πάλι την Σκύρο.

The house is beautifully designed, comfortable, clean with a keen eye for detail. It offers a peaceful and stylish retreat, perfectly complementing the charm of the island. Lisa is a great host, hospitable, very attentive and proactive. It was a great getaway, and I would recommend this house to anyone visiting Skyros.

excellent place well suited for even three couples, for a family of three (like in our case) was very comfortable all together. excellent quality of construction with a very good layou. pool could be bigger but sufficient size... garden and tarace and parking area amazing. one point (friendly recommendation) to address is the privacy between the outdoor spaces of the villas...this could be better so to contain noice and for guests to feel more secluded this could be done with some extra fencing etc BUT not a big issue altogether. we did not get to know in person Nicolas (the owner/host), but he provided all the necessary information on time for our trip through messages. The caretakers of the property (4villas) Nikos and Eva such amazing people...!!! Very professional, polite, attentive and willing to assist us with everything, shared insights from the Skyros island were to visit, eat etc. Thank you Nikos and Eva hope to see you again. Overall recommend for accomodation.

Très belle maison au design sobre, élégant et fonctionnel. La maison fait partie d’un groupe de trois habitations identiques mais la proximité n’est pas problématique nous n’avons pas entendu ni vu les occupants des autres maison. La situation est idéale, proche de la Chorale de Skyros. Le mobilier est élégant et choisi avec soin. La maison est bien équipée. Hôtes très disponibles et de bon conseil.

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ ευχάριστος για μια οικογένεια. Η πραγματική εικόνα του εσωτερικού (παραδοσιακό σκυριανο σπίτι) υπερτερούσε ακόμη και των φωτογραφιών. Η καθαριότητα, οι σωστές οδηγίες και η επικοινωνία εν γένει της οικοδέσποινας αποτελούν τα δυνατά σημεία της φιλοξενίας. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

We where kindly welcomed at Magasia bus stop by Maria and Nikos who where disponible for us during our stay. Cleaning of the rooms every three days was a big + ! Thank you !

Η παραμονή μας ήταν καταπληκτική. Ο χώρος παραπάνω από τις προσδοκίες μας. Καθαρός αλλά κυρίως με τέλεια αισθητική. Παραδοσιακό σκυριανό σπίτι όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία είναι πάρα πολύ ωραία με θέα και κοντά στο 'κεντρικό καλντερίμι" της χώρας. Χωρέσαμε άνετα και οι 7!!!. Οι πιο ψηλοί μπορεί να παραπονιούνται λιγάκι αλλά έτσι είναι τα σκυριανά σπίτια!!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!!!

Εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες, νιώσαμε σαν να βρεθήκαμε με φίλους. Πεντακάθαρο, όμορφο διαμέρισμα, με πολλές ανέσεις, κοντά στη Χώρα και δίπλα σε παραλία. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Πολύ κεντρικό σημείο στη χώρα, έτσι ώστε να χρειάζεται ελάχιστο περπάτημα, αλλά ταυτόχρονα σε ήσυχο μέρος, έτσι ώστε να μην έχουμε κανένα θέμα με θόρυβο, σε περίοδο με πολύ τουρισμό. Το σπίτι άνετο και ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Ο Σταμάτης είναι φιλόξενος και ιδιαίτερα συνεννοήσιμος. Θα τον ξαναπροτιμησουμε.

Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός, άνετος, όμορφος και ήσυχο περιβάλλον.

Ειναι ένα πολύ όμορφο σπιτι, περιποιημένο, καλαισθητο και με πολύ ωραια θέα. Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα και ευχαριστηθηκαμε τη διαμονή μας. Είναι ιδανικο αν αναζητάς ηρεμία. Ισως το μόνο δύσκολο σημείο είναι η πρόσβαση λόγω του στενού χωματόδρομου, αλλά εμείς δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε κάποιο πρόβλημα. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ φιλικοί και προσιτοί

Η Βασιλική ήταν μια πολύ καλή οικοδέσποινα. Τα πάντα στο σπίτι ήταν όπως αναφέρονται στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία του ακινήτου είναι καταπληκτική. Με πανέμορφη θέα και εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της χώρας. Βεβαια η επιστροφή ειναι λιγο πιο κουραστικη. Η Βασιλικη ηταν αρκετα επικοινωνιακη. Το σπιτι ηταν σε καλη κατασταση και καθαρο αλλα φανηκε να ειναι καποιες μερες κλειστό. Θα το ξανα επελεγα σε καθε περιπτωση.

C'était un réel plaisir de séjourner chez Anastasia, surtout que son logement très authentique était confortable, beau et dégageait une impression bohème inoubliable. Le plus : c'est la rencontre avec Anastasia qui est une personne enjouée, disponible et pleine de ressources sur l'île. Nous serions ravi de séjourner à nouveau chez elle.

Ομορφο σημειο , οικοδεσποτης που δεν θελει να ενοικιασει απλα το σπιτι αλλα πιο πολυ να μοιραστει την χαρα σου που επισκεφθηκες το νησι του .Ησυχο μέρος και διπλα στη χώρα.Η παραλία είναι 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια .

Much better than expectations - this the short summary of our experience in every aspect. Ilias is young, intelligent and friendly person offering help for anything all the time. We got full instructions before our arrival. Detailed instructions were also available in the studio too including recommendations what to do, places to visit. etc. The photos of the studio are worse than it its actual look. Everything is made with love, thought and respect for all details. Ilias should put more photos of details and decoration. The beach is actually 10 m from the fence and you feel like it's your private beach. A minus for the beach was that the wind was relatively strong during our stay, but still it is very well protected and few days we spent there in full isolation. Almost every beach in the island is within 15 minutes reach. Not much else to do except relax and enjoy the sea.

Μείναμε στο κατάλυμα για μία εβδομάδα και είμαστε πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι! Ο χώρος ταίριαζε 100% στις φωτογραφίες και τα πάντα ήταν σύμφωνα με την περιγραφή (πρακτικά και καλαίσθητα). Η κ. Καλλιόπη μας είχε στήσει ήδη το παρκοκρέβατο που είχαμε ζητήσει και ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη να μας βοηθήσει στο οτιδήποτε. Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη αλλά έχει ότι χρειάζεται κανείς σε αποστάσεις 5λέπτου με τα πόδια (παραλία, mini market, φούρνος, μανάβικο, ταβέρνες, beach bars).

I had a fantastic time with my family (me, my husband and our 3 kids) in Christina’s House. The house is very charming, comfortable and elegant. Everything we needed was there for our arrival. We all fell in love with the island and the house.

Ευρύχωρο παραδοσιακό Σκυριανό σπίτι ανακαινισμένο σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσια στο κέντρο της χώρας. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενικός, πρόσχαρος και φιλόξενος!

Efstratia was gracious and super helpful with guiding us to the location of the apartment. The surrounding area is beautiful and gave us great recommendations for ways to enjoy our time on Skyros island!
